A stunning location for us . We were visiting family, so this was ideal. The whole place was just charming and the staff were super friendly which means they are in good management hands. Great place.
The gardens were gorgeous, the village backdrop of Fayence and the actual original olive and wheat mill were still present. Fantastic and very well situated.

Breakfast was okay for french standard, the location at the mill is romantic. Swimming pool and location of pool unbeatable!
Wifi was questionable in the room.

Lovely rustic, light and fresh room with its own terrace looking over the fields to Fayence. A very pleasant surprise. We only stayed one night, when the restaurant was closed, We were too early in the season for the pool and had to leave too early to settle down for breakfast, which looked very tempting. However, if in the area again we will definitely seek the place out for another stay when both are open and we can relax in the morning
There wasn't anything not to like about this place. The staff we met were polite, formal and perhaps a little reserved, but we can't all be brash comedians.

the garden, tranquil location, spacious room
tip: offer a drink when the room is not ready at check in time

We really liked the charm of the old building and the surrounding garden. It's in a quiet neigborhood and still easy walking distance to the center of Fayence. Good breakfast that we enjoyed outside. Fortunately we had pre-booked a table for dinner, the restaurant appeared to be full both nights we stayed there. The 45 Euro menues was good value for the money, and the restaurant staff was great - friendly and attentative.
The beds. Too short, and the pillows were very hard.

Perfect place to stay, especially if you are driving a car. The parking lot is very spacious. The host was really polite and informative. The room was clean and the shower was great.

The room was fabulous. And a huge cloud like bed!

-excellent location, close to Fayence
-spacious and calming surroundings with lots of nature
-excellent dinner options and service in the restaurant
-place with a history of being a olive oil factory
- to reach our bed we had to climb a narrow staircase which made it tricky to visit the toilet at night (toilet was downstairs)

We had a great room in a lovely hotel that has a lot of character and history as an olive mill. Nice welcome from lady at reception. The tower suite is a delight, albeit it would not suit those who struggle with stairs. Very comfortable bedroom and lovely downstairs sitting room where we were able to relax once the outside temperatures had dropped - which they do in late September! Good patio area to sit out in the sun. Wifi was strong and allowed video calls home, etc. Nice to have a fresh juice machine for breakfast, but see also below.
While tea and coffee making materials were provided the milk was out of date and we had to ask for replacements. While we didn't need them I also think it's a bit naughty to charge for refills of milk, etc.
Breakfast is OK but probably not the variety one would expect from a hotel of this obvious quality. It felt a little bit corporate. All the other hotels we stayed at had fresh home made yoghurt - here we had longer life jars that were so hard to get into I had to attack mine by stabbing it with a breadknife - much to the hilarity of a fellow guest who apparently had the same experience! Having read the instructions we still couldn't make the juicer work and had to ask staff who initially merely pointed us back to the instructions. We were then put off to see that some of the fruit in the basket for juicing was in fact mouldy. Small details but important. The restaurant was closed on the two days we were there but the menus look good if expensive and there don't appear to be any lighter snack options. It would have been nice to have been able to get a drink in the evening but there is no obvious bar option when the restaurant is closed.

Unique, beautiful location around an old mill, decorated and maintained with lots of love. Large and well-kept pool area which was not too crowded even in main holiday season. Very clean room, spacious bathroom. Very nice and attentive staff. The quality of the restaurant was exceptional. Can highly recommend coming here.
Nothing I didn't like. It was an amazing stay. Just one thought for improvement: breakfast was very good. Adding some further healthy options (e.g. wholegrain bread, cream cheese, vegetables, fruit salad, sugar-free oats, plant based milk, ...) would be superb.

This old mill is full of charme and history. Loved the breakfast on the terrace surrounded by roses and with a view on the cute village of Fayence, the beautiful garden and teh delicious dinners.
The location is great but you need to have a car if you want to visit the area.

I know and like the location. I know and like the staff, who are as usual, polite, helpful, caring and discreet.
I liked the quiet elegance in the room. I live nearby but if the necessity arises fir me to need shrlter away from home, I will certanly come back.
The duvet. It was a cotton filled duvet which didn’t deal with the cold winter night as well as an eider down would have. But I had my hot water bottle with me.

This small hotel is quite special in it's setting in the country, the rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated in the old style, The dinner in the restaurant was excellent, I enjoyed the garden and the reserved machines of the old mill
Must say that reaching the room in the second floor through narrow stairs was a challenge for a personin mjy age and weight,,, but the benefit of the balcony justified it...
