Great location, good breakfast, friendly and helpful owners. comfy beds. We stayed for New Years Eve as a stop off on our journey. we were really tired and had a lovey rest and relax here.

Very little soundproofing between rooms. They did provide earplugs and all guest were mindful of this at night .

Nothing, everything was perfect. Actually, I didn't like the fact I've wasted soooo much money, on lifeless soulless chain hotels all over Europe, in the past.

The family run hotel, here, right in the center of the old town is exceptional. Don't be out off by the two star rating. Stars are given for random reasons, for example, to have three stars, you need a chef, and a restaurant, a trousers press, tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, room service, and some other random rubbish. For 4 stars, you need restaurant accolades, to a minimum of 1 rosette, gym, sauna etc and massage facilities. This is an amazingly clean, super friendly, very central Thonon hotel, family run, and perfect if you want a clean bed, hit shower, and lovely breakfast in a character filled building. Perfect. Forget the two star rating, it's amazing. Thank you for our stay. Graham Simpson and family.

This hotel is wonderful. We received a very warm welcome and plenty of information about the locality. There was a selection of games and reading material available should you have the time Our room was very well appointed with a calm and restful atmosphere. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable. Breakfast was well organized and delicious

This boutique hotel has real character. Small quarters but very clean. The area is close to the train station and also safe in surrounding area of the hotel. The owners/staff who worked there were a real pleasure and went above and beyond to make my stay great. I would definitely stay there again if traveling to Thonon les Bain.

Cant think of anything I did not like about my stay. If other guests are used to big chain hotels they may not like having an elevator, a safe or AC. But those were not an issue for me at all.

Very convenient hotel and located centrally in Thonon. Good value for money. Very kind people in the hotel. The bikes could stay internally next to the reception.

Location, and character are amazing, not like lifeless, soulless chain hotels. The decor, was perfect, like brand new, and the room was spotless, everything was sooooo clean, toilet, shower, all the corners on the tiled floor, perfect. Well done. Bed matress was super comfortable, and lovely cotton white sheets. I had my toe young boys with me, 11 and 9 and they loved the staff, who were a lovely family, and extremely friendly, organised and super professional. I was in high end hospitality for 24 years and so am aware of high standards. Breakfast was a buffet, with enough choice for us. Amazing off the bone ham, lovely bread, and great fresh fruit, tasty yoghurt, and tea coffee etc etc, in a really character filled breakfast room. Myself and my boys loved every bit of out stay, and will definatly be going back. Thank you to the owners for an amazing stay. Graham Simpson and family.

Nothing really. From the outside, the hotel doesn't look particularly attractive but inside it is very well presented.

Run by a lovely couple. The man was particularly friendly and super chatty and joked with us and gave us a good recommendation for dinner. Made us feel very welcome 😃👍🏻
