Nice and friendly staff, tasty food, clean room, nice spa

I appreciated the nice view at the mountains across, the restaurant atmosphere and the facilities including the congress hall and the swimming pool.

Even though ear plugs are provided (along with other things like towels, bath robes, etc.), the rooms aren't very sound proof. People don't have to necessarily stomp or talk loudly in the hallways, yet it feels like they're standing next to you.

The receptionist was very unprofessional and wanted to take more money for the child, although I showed her that I have booked and paid for her extra bed. I had to call Booking service to have it sorted. Bed was noisy and mattresses uncomfortable

1. Good location if you have a car. If you don't I would recommend something closer to the city/slopes 2. Clean rooms 3. Available parking 4. Some entertainment for kids (pool, ping pong) but worn out and not enough.

1. Constant noise in the room. You can hear everything from the corridor and other rooms all night. They should invest in soundproofing of the doors. 2. Very low value for money. 200$ a night gives you a tiny, worn-out room without a view. 3. Boring breakfast. Every day is the same and lacks healthy options (with the exception of some fruits). The breakfast food is not added so if you snooze you lose. Hotel - please stop putting sugar and cinnamon in the oatmeal! 4. Pool water is cold. You have to pay for the jacuzzi! 5. Most staff with the exception of the reception lady can't understand basic English.

location of hotel is great. Good food in restaurant, Pool and indor play room was suficient to keep kids busy when it was raining.

Breakfast was not the best. Cant image staying for longer time and eating the same stuff for the whole stay. (based on two breakfeast )

It's a good value. Good breakfasts, kind staff, simple but comfortable rooms. Nice location in Sv. Petr opposite the Stoch skiing hill.

The restaurant staff is very friendly

It is a terribly noisy hotel, the rooms are zero soundproofed. If you think a hotel should provide minimun conditions to be able to rest, you'd better go to another place. The rooms are much smaller than the pictures, the food of the restaurant does not correspond a 4 star hotel, but more to a cantine, the curtain in the room's window didn't keep the light out at all, so it was also anoying to sleep since sunrise. You can hear the rest of the guests speaking as if they were inside your room, constant slamming of doors....there was also a group of people behaving terribly drinking in the corridor and shouting until 3 am. However the reception doesn't work at night, so there was no one to take care of the problem. . We had to liaise with the situation arguing this group of people asking to stop. The day after we complained in the reception, cancelled our two remaining nights and asked for reimbursement, what the hotel has totally rejected. On top, it is not close to the skii station. All in all it looked more like a hostel. I would definitely not recommend this hotel, if this is not clear yet :), and less for the price it costs. There are much nicer hotels for a similar price and closer to the skii station.

The safe is not working, the towels are not changins, the rooms are not cleaning durint 7 nights!

it is 4 star hotel but i would give it max 1 star. Room was small, old, an smelly. breakfast every day the same and not a big choice. if you stay in the hotel during the day there is no chance to get any food as the restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner. I am on gluten free diet and for dinner they only offer 3 meals to choose from and nothing for vegan or gluten free.

Absolute lack of noise isolation between rooms (it was possible to have conversation without violation in same room) and simplest breakfast menu as possible, while paying 125€ for a stay make you question value for money. 30-40€ would be a fair price!

The offer on booking is very confusing. Is says that guests can use spa facilities and then there is another name for the same facilities and it says that guests have to pay additionally. So in 5 stars hotel with spa guests have to pay for JACUZZI and sauna. Sauna I could understand, but pay more for jacuzzi is a scandal! Furthermore breakfasts weren't tasty at all. You could taste that food products used to prepare meals were very cheap. The buffet applies during weekends only... To sum up I could go there again but for the half price...
