La cama era cómoda.

El buffet del desayuno era muy justo. Pocas toallas.

Tranquilidad.

Había mucha gente que no llevaba mascarilla (también el personal del hotel), y fumadores en la piscina (uno en concreto incluso llevaba su propia cachimba). La parte de limpieza también debería mejorar, y no solo por ser 4 estrellas, limpiaban las habitaciones sin mascarilla (se les veía desde la piscina) y porque no cambiaron las sábanas de la cama (5 noches de estancia, 4 estrellas) incluso habiéndola desdecho yo y dejado echas un manojo en los pies de la cama (volvieron a poner las sucias), avisé en recepción al día siguiente y ya las cambiaron.

La cena. Era poca cantidad, mala preparación y mala presentación. No había nada preparado que haya sido rico. Solo se podia comer ensalada si te la armabas tu mismo y rescatar algún queso o embutido. No recomiendo la media pensión.

Booked this hotel last minute and were pleasantly surprised. Hotel was fabulous. Staff on reception were so accommodating, and man behind the bar made the BEST sangrias we've had. He was excellent.

Great friendly attentive staff & great location in Blanes.

Pool area is quite small so if the hotel is busy, there are no sunbeds available! The options at dinner are limited and normally not warm enough!

We got nice little top floor suite which had a big terrace. The personnel spoke good English and were really helpful and nice. Quite near the beach, only 5 min walk.

There were some little things that they could improve. For example tea assortement at the breakfast was very low quolity (I had to buy better tea bags from a supermarket) and nobody wants to eat very overcooked boiled eggs! Please do not cook the eggs more than max 10 min (even less would be enough). There was also some problem with the car park which I had booked in advance and they had confirmed it. When we arrived first thing they said was that there wasn’t free P-places and they didn’t have any reservation from us. It wasn’t a nice start and I had to demand for the P-place. Then somehow they managed to arrange that for our car - and propably that is why we got the upgraded suite. All and all we enjoyed our 6 days holiday in Blanes. The location is near the center and beach but now there was very loud amusement park quite near which causes terrible loud noises till very late. Also the public parking area was full every day because of that amusement park. I’d recommend the hotel private parking if you travel by car.
