Beautiful big garden. Welcoming hosts. Great breakfast place close - Saucy Flo’s Lovely local pub - the Granville Nice room Plus the hosts have an amazing dog called Nutmeg who we loved.

£10 for taxi into town or 50 minute walk, but well worth it to stay in such a nice place.

Very nice quiet rural location. Spacious accommodation. Plenty of parking. Excellent friendly communication through text, phone and email

The only little negative was a few ants in the kitchen/lounge area but not really a big issue. It's a good 45 minutes walk into town along mostly narrow roads but on a nice day this is ok if you don't mind the occasional passing car.

Great location for visiting Canterbury , very quiet location. Owners very friendly.

I was given a lodge in the grounds and enjoyed the solitude and also had cooking facilities and a fridge, which was a bonus. It was warm and very quiet

It is quirky and the bathroom is a little basic, but a lovely tranquil room in a unique setting.

the property was beautiful, gorgeous lighting, lovely fields, lots of friendly animals, lovely staff! the room was so comfortable, smelled lovely and was gorgeously decorated. it felt like a home away from home.

So last minute stay, met up at property with Dave, lovely guy and the lovely spaniel....if u stay here you will need a car but it is a farm house in 5 acres.

The property location was beautiful on the countryside and Sarah was very helpful. We would definitely come back again.

Lovely apartment with kitchen in very quiet location but only 3km from centre of Canterbury. Canterbury has great sites to see, especially the cathedral, and excellent shopping with some interesting shops. The owners were charming and very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom could have been better in our accommodation. It was designed for disabled use but some minor details could have been improved.

The location was perfect for visiting friends nearby. We were given much more space than we had anticipated, although we didn't know we were to be upgraded until we had already commenced our trip, otherwise, we would have brought some food or coffee with us. Lovely surrounding gardens and field with donkey and pony. Very friendly cats!

The spacious accommodation was very warm on arrival, so we had to turn down the thermostat and open all the doors and windows, which we felt guilty about in these energy bill costly times. The water in the shower was almost too hot to use and we were unable to turn the temperature down.

Location - in countryside but right near city, quiet and private.

Very large rooms, lots of sunlight with big rooms, animals come to the terrace which is awesome.

The property was really dirty when we arrived. No children equipment or toys.

The cottage was tucked away and private in an idyllic countryside location.

The wet room was cramped. The outside furniture needed cleaning.

Nice and clean, well prepared. Nice rural location close to Canterbury. Not a working farm so no nasty smells.

Privacy was a problem with occupiers of adjoining rental continually walking through small garden area which should have been private. The wifi was very poor, unable to load pictures on news pages or use video commas.

Really nice place to stay, helpful hosts and facilities. Just make sure you bring your food and everything else you need is inside the property. Having spent 30+ working around the UK this place is well up there we won’t forget our stay here. Thank you for a delightful stay.

We stayed in a charming little cottage adjoining the farmhouse. The owner ,Sarah, was very helpful and friendly. No living room but spacious bedrooms with TVs and armchairs to relax in. Not far from Canterbury city centre . Quiet and peaceful. Tea and coffee provided. Eggs for sale from the farm and donkeys we can feed with apples from the trees .

Bit of an old fashioned kitchen but quaint all the same. Hard to work out the hob so we didn't use it. Hard to find at night in the dark and could be signposted better. We ended up driving into a private residence much to our embarrassment.
