Location to have a walk in the city center. Pool was nice, but felt like we were in the 1990’s ;). Nice reception staff and airport transfer organization.

Really poor sound insulation of the room, from the other room (the 2 communication doors between the two rooms weren’t close!), and from the city (could hear the cars all night long). The breakfast was cheap for a so say 5 stars hotel, pancakes were dry, we didn’t have a lot of choices, no on demand service to have a fresh cooked breakfast. The fitness facilities were poor, no well described on the website. Even if the pool was nice. Our stay was disappointing, we stayed to other 4 stars hotels in La Paz, and there were much better, for a cheaper price. We had expected a better experience booking a 5 stars for this price…

Great location, clean & comfy room, very comfortable beds! I was in the upper room and the view of La Paz was great! Good kitchen staff! Very good room cleaning crews! Thank you to Rosario for her help for calling La Paz Golf Course and coordinating, arranging for my tour guide - she was very helpful. But I also like to say thank you to two front desk staff members (ladies work in morning shift) who were also very helpful!

very clean, very good breackfast

The room didn't have A/C and it was very hot, I requested to change room and their solution was to open the window. That didn't help with the hot room and the noise outside made it impossible to sleep (This made not be a problem during cold weather). Also the mattress was very old, bad and not comfortable at all.

The wifi is terrible. If you’re on a business trip, I’d recommend you to stay somewhere else. Instant coffee in a 5* hotel is somewhat awkward. Airport Pick-up didn’t work, receptionist didn’t care and didn’t mean to apologize.

The peronel is exeptional, very good service and they allways want to help if you need something. The breakfast is really good and with a good varierity. The cleaning of the room was also very good☺️

This is an old hotel and it shows. The staff were always very friendly and helpful though.

The location makes the hotel almost impossible to reach by vehicle during rush hours. Internet was spotty. Noisy rooms

Breakfast is really nice, even in Covid times, location is very good. Staff are friendly and helpful.

WiFi was bad (dropped out and one needed to sign back in alll the time), staff at reception were a bit slow but friendly. Facilities wer e not usable due to Covid (which is ok). It feels like a 5* hotel that has seen its best times some time ago.

Worst hotel ever. Please avoid it. Service in inexistant. Reception is slow, answer 2 multiples phones during your conversation. 5 stars over.
