With our booking we said we were going to arrive late. Midday, the day of check in I contacted the property and said we would be arriving at 20:30. They said no problem. I should just phone on arrival. On arrival which was 20:15 I phoned at least 8 times. NO reply!!!!!! So we were forced to find alternative place to stay! Thankyou to AT SUPERS GUESTHOUSE for coming to our rescue.

I made an error with my booking and Michelle was a star and helped resolve it with a solution, thank you! Moses and his breakfasts are always so great, the location is unbeatable, I will be back again!
The room was very noisy as it was above the service quarters area, so was hard at times to get peace and quiet. The cleaning service was average and the coffee station was not stocked properly daily. I also think more info could be given to the guests for load shedding times and the one day there was a power blackout for 2hrs extra, a message from the staff would have been good so guests aren't left wondering what's going on with no power....

This property is like a gorgeous 5 star hotel. The most comfortable bed we have slept in on our week long Garden Route trip and the furnishings and decor are gorgeous. The pictures don’t do this place justice. Chalyza made us feel right at home and we even got upgraded. Breakfast was fantastic staff was lovely to our little fur baby. You can walk onto the beach from your room. They even supply beach towels.
Just the water pressure was a bit low but we think this is a municipality issue.

Breakfast superb. Champagne breakfast on Christmas day was so welcome. Moses made it so special. The place had such a relaxed atmosphere. All the staff friendly and cheerful.

Had the room in the main house, was quite noisy due to breakfast/dining area for everybody on the ground floor....

We loved the location! The room was great, a nice size. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious.
DSTV wasn’t working - the lady said she phoned them two weeks ago. Surely it’s something you have to follow up on every day until the issue is sorted? The toilet paper😑for the amount you pay, surely they can give you at least 2ply🤪(and not sandpaper 😆) The tissue box had an empty tissue packet inside when we arrived, but they refilled it. The hairdryer was not working. It just shows that little things matter.

Love this little surf corner. Moses was a delight to talk with and helped me enormously with my upcoming trip to Addo to see elephants.

I was met by the super-friendly, ever-smiling Moses on arrival and warmly welcomed into what eventually felt like home (or rather, a significant upgrade on my home!). That set the tone for the remainder of the stay. Gutted I had to cut my time short, but ever-grateful to the team for assisting so that I can come back and visit again! And I will be back!

Everything. The host was more than welcoming, the room was much nicer than expected for this price, with ocean view.

Great location, very nice room, lovely staff.
Shower was clogged so kept flooding. We had a lovely corner room with big glass sliding doors offering a lot of view, but unfortunately only limited ocean view.
