Отель старый, нужен капитальный ремонт, обои вздушиеся, в ванной ржавчина, в раковина только горяччая вода, сломаны дозаторы мыла…
Завтрак ОЧЕНЬ скудный, невкусная несвежая выпечка.
Соотношение цена-качество вообще ноль… за эти же деньги в любом другом отеле намного лучше.
Качество уборки- горничные убирались 2 -3 минуты: просто протирают пыль и забирают мусор, никакого пылесоса, даже разбросанные пустые упаковки так и лежат...
бассейн тоже уставший, видно что убираются там
Персонал - с грязными швабрами гуляют по коридору, не самые любезные.
Сказано что минибар входит в стоимость, а в самом мини-баре ценники на каждый товар. В итоге было непонятно.

Water supply in bathroom was very brown , room set with towels and robe for 1 person not 2, no wifi until they installed a router in our room, sea view cost extra but hotel is located over half a km from the sea with big buildings in between

This is one of the best hotels in a city where hotels are generally bad. It also has a restaurant with panoramic windows, an English pub, a SPA zone.
The hotel is really old and hasn’t undergone renovation for many years. The furniture and bath facilities are REALLY old (the bath tub had rust in it). And the windows are lousy resulting in a cold room at Winter – always ask for an electric heater for your room. Also the windows let all the noise from a big avenue inside, I had to use earplugs at night.

The hotel is located in city center and has very nice rooms, welcomed staff. We stayed here for one night and very enjoyed.

I liked the pub at the hotel. And the breakfasts were among the best.
We checked in after a long desert tour and our room was HOT. We went for a long dinner hoping the air condition would cool things down. It wasn't working. We came back and asked for another room. The second room was also HOT and the air conditioning didn't work. But by this time it was after midnight and we just wanted to get some sleep. But then a dog kept barking until 3 a.m.

We stayed at this hotel two different nights. This was the first night and we had a nice room, the air conditioning worked, and it was lovely. The second time we stayed it was completely different. The room was noisy and the air conditioning didn't work, even though we were moved to a new room. The breakfast was very good,
I didn't like that the second night's stay we had two rooms that where the air conditioning didn't work and we were put overlooking a lot that had a noisy barking dog.

I do not recommend the pub on the sixth floor - tasteless food at the same time a forced tip called service charge and if you want to take away food you will still be charged 15% of the tip without your consent
When you check in, pay only for breakfast, because if you take half board, you will not be able to order your favorite dish, they will offer what is left cooked in the kitchen
Incompetent work of the hotel engineering service - the switch in the bathroom is not connected correctly, in some places electric lamps stick out of the holes in the ceiling
