Le petit déjeuner était au top dommage que le restaurant était fermé le jour de notre séjour .

L’établissement est très agréable, charmant et convivial. Le cocktail des 3 cirques est très bon, la vue depuis la chambre est incroyable on est au milieu du cirque c’est magique ! Je recommande

Il manque juste des chaussons dans les chambres, et le petit déjeuner je recommande plus de personnel, ainsi que plus de choix pour le sucré (crêpes, gaufres par exemple)

Chambre spacieuse car nous avons été surclassé. Petit déjeuner au top. Parking suffisant

Pour un 4* à part le lit! La salle de bain : traces anciennes sur la tablette, moisissures au plafond . Plafond de la chambre taché en différent endroit ( surtout au dessus du lit). Repas du soir pas digne d’un 4* même si buffet à volonté. Piscine chauffée mais froide excepté sous la cascade.

Les chambres ont été bien rénovées, et voir le lever du soleil sur le piton des neiges depuis son lit est un vrai moment d’extase. La terrasse de la salle à manger est très agréable car elle se situe face aux montagnes majestueuses.

Les oreillers sont durs et les serviettes de toilette sont minces

The hotel positions itself as a 4 star but it's not even a proper or provide comfortable room. Excessively expensive for the quality of breakfast or room. Definitely not recommended. look like the hotel is not for international travelers but for people who want a stay over to avoid the drive.

Very nice place with good views. pleasant swimming pool and comfortable and spacious room.

The buffet dinner was not very good and breakfast so-so.

Very friendly staff, taking care of each and every customer. Excellent location, good restaurant, large rooms. In general, a very welcoming and enjoyable hotel I can strongly recommend.

Actually nothing that was really negative. The experience was great. It would be very nice if hiking tours / guides could be booked directly at the reception.

the first impression driving into the property and the setting with the mountains. then it all changes

1) totally non challante greeting by the receptionist. 2) thé bar didn’t stock our favorite drink - Aperol Spritz 3) we had to queue to get into the dining room at 21.00 and then again a totally unfriendly staff. drinks were eventually served at the end of the dinner. no obvious location for plates. we had to hunt for them the rooms were dark and absolutely too much noise coming from the corridor

Beautiful hotel with a good view of the mountain. No air-conditioning but ok.

Food is overpriced. And the staff is not transparent with me about those prices. I was told the dinner is included in the hotel price, but when I checked out, I got the extra bills asking me to pay for breakfast for 15 euro and dinner for 30 euro.... The quality of both breakfast and dinner are bad, they are just a buffet. I will attach the screenshots here as well. I feel very regretful to use their buffet service knowing they were free and included in my hotel price, but actually not. Also, the bed is too small and too hard to sleep. The middle of the bed actually sinks down which makes things harder to sleep.

Cilaos is just beautiful, even if we were living in a shack. But Le Cilaos is really nice, with a nice heated pool and a dazzling view of the highest mountain on the island. From the pool and the restaurant. It's a bit tired now, it couldn't have four stars in Paris, but it's OK here. Excellent food over the weekend with a wide choice of buffet for dinner and breakfast. We'd love to come back again sometime...

On Sundays and weekdays, due to the small number of guests, there was a very limited choice for breakfast and dinner - both were served, but quite acceptable. We also had to hunt a huge spider - Heteropoda venatoria - in the room at night - not a very nice experience.

The restaurant and the restaurant staff were amazing. My travelling partner has food allergies and they went above and beyond to cook dishes that he was able to safely eat( even if they were not on the menu) . They were extremely nice and the food on the menu was delicious. The pool in the reception area( even if we had to pay for playing) was great. The free parking. The location was very close to everything and the views were amazing.

The humidity in the rooms. The temperature in the shower was not constant, so it went from hot to cold constantly. The coffee served at breakfast( the breakfast and the dinner were mandatory in the booking of the stay) was just horrible. We complained to the staff at the reception and we were told that we could have a better coffee at the bar (for which we had to pay extra, of course). The rest of the breakfast was ok.

The kindness and flexibility of staff (especially with regards to the needs of our little daughter) made us feel very welcome. The dinner was very good, everything you could expect from a good quality gastronomical restaurant. We would definitely come back!

Amazing and very welcoming staff:-)!!!. Heated swimming pool very much appreciated as it gets cold late during the day. Nice and comfortable room.
