Silence, location

A small and sweet b&b in the centre of beautiful Modica ideal for short stays. Our triple room was nice and clean and had a lovely view from the balcony. Check-in was very easy and parking was not a problem. Very good value for money!

The host was very kind and polite. No matter that staff does not speek English they were doing their best to be helpful and meet our needs. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Everything with our stay was OK.

The hostess is very kind and helpful. We arrived on a day with a big city celebration, so she informed us in time and reserved a free public parking for us even before the regular check-in time. The room is very large and very clean. The location is a very good start of a city tour from Modica Bassa.

As written in the booking confirmation, the Internet was available in public areas, but in our room there was almost no Wi-Fi signal. Since we only stayed for one night, it was not a problem at all.

Breakfast was incredible, near by parking - a really nice place.

Nothing really

It was a very close to the City Centre. You have the possibility to use a kitchen together with the other guests. Also there is a very nice Terrasse on the roof of the House where you can get an awesome view over the City! The receptionist was very friendly and the Woman who served us the breakfast was extremely friendly too! You can choose the Time for breakfast. The beds were very comfy!

Before the B&B there‘s a much Traffic because there is a very crowded road. When the window is closed you won’t hear it but if the window is open it’s quite annoying.
