Necessity to bring your own beddings

Accommodation is a good base for hiking in Hohe Tauern National Park. Grossglockner Alpen Strasse is next to location. The view from balcony is very nice. Cooking amenities are excellent. The living room is huge.

The energy and bedlinen is paid. This was not mentioned in Booking confirmation.

Apartment was immaculate upon our arrival. Spacey, decently furnished, beautiful balcony with awesome view. Everything looked exactly like on the web site.

Additional payment for used electricity which was not indicated prior to boking. It was not much as we stayed in August, but if you stay for winter holiday this might be significant cost. One has to bring his own bed linen.

Communication went wrong. Some messages via booking, soms via email which ended up in my junk mail. Even though I didn't reply the owner kept on using email instead of just calling. After booking and paying we were informed to bring own linnen and pay for electricity. This was kind of a bummer and gave us the feeling we booked a youth hostel. The house is comfortable, but besides the bathroom fairly outdated and without personal touches. Felt rather unpersonal, but for some guests this can be a positive thing off course. Curtains could be bigger and thicker, kitchen is even in the summer rather dark.

nothing not to like

The apartment was amazing, very cosy, comfortable, clean and homely. It had an amazing view from a terrace. It was very private and quiet. The kitchen was very well equipped. The owner is very kind and helpful. The area is very calm and relaxing. The town is very pretty. Very quiet, not busy at all. It doesn’t have big hotels which adds to its charm.

Ski area not best for demanding skiers

Lokation, good starting point for walks, cycling and driving just next to the Clockner HochAlp strasse. Beautifull view and silense lokation

Sober, little bit outdated (accept the new bathroom)

Exeptional location and appartment value is great. Very big and comfortable rooms

Host could have add salt/sugar and other important stuff to the kitchen. Towels were very old.
