Tasty breakfast, friendly host, & Marley (the dog) were all great

Room 101 - unfortunately you can hear the reception directly below and the street outside quite a lot, in particular Marley barked often and there is a kebab/takeaway shop open til 1am (or 5am on Saturday night) right next door which is noisy. The room did include earplugs though to help mitigate this

All was good, the only thing i would say is that a lift would be useful.

I absolutely loved this place. The staff were amazing and helpful with whatever we needed. They make fresh made pastries and cakes in the morning which are divine. Recommended for sure.

This is a very centrally located hotel, right in the centre of San Benedetto. The staff were most friendly, and the breakfast abundant. I liked my stay a lot, and I would return.

Central location close to many restaurants, shopping, and services. Welcoming and accommodating. We had the quadruple room with a terrace on the 3rd floor, which I recommend. It would be too small for four adults, but for two adults it was excellent. There were three closets and nice shelves for storage. The bathroom was small but well designed and in perfect condition. Breakfast is available until 11:00 so you can sleep in.

Except for a small hard chair, there is no place to sit in the room, say to work comfortably at your computer. On our terrace there were two tables and four chairs so I used my computer just outside our room which worked well. I also used the ground floor breakfast room in the evening for working at my computer.
