Was basic but clean. Handy to airport especially with free shuttle. Very friendly staff and also accommodating and Informative
No kettle in room and the food selection wasnt great we didn't want a full buffet when we arrived att 9:30 pm

Immer meine erste Wahl, wenn ich spät abends in Porto ankomme oder einen sehr frühen Abflug habe. Zu Fuß vom Flughafen erreichbar. Mietwagenpark auch von dort gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

This is the best hotel to stay, if you have to stay at night and fly. They give shuttle service for just 2€. They have 24 hours reception that are smiling polite and respectful. The breakfast is superb- the fresh squeezed orange juice is lit and the staff in the breakfast section are 👌🏼👍🏼
The room has everything .
It’s a bit pricey but it’s worth the money and convenient as it’s close to the airport.
The disinfectant used by housekeeping staff in the morning is a bit strong. Some people get headaches

Very close to the airport. Just 7 min walking distance (little tricky to find).
The room and bathroom was very small. The purpose is just to get a room for the night prior to or after the flight. Almost no space to even open the suit case. Someone was snoring in a neighboring room. The price is set for being close to the airport but that is it. Airport shuttle was possible but would have been 2EUR per person for a 2 min ride so we walked.

It was surprisingly good. Room very practical for a airport hotel. Buffet dinner was also surprisingly good, wife initially disappointed but changed her mind after trying it

check-in desk was 24hrs which was good. We really picked this place to be able to catch an early flight and the location did its job.
room was down a dark creepy hallway, the room was really hot and the air conditioner was only blowing hot air despite us trying to change the thermostat.

The communication with customers could be better, as we requested collection from the airport with the shuttle, but the reception was busy and did not answer the phone to collect us, creating unnecessary stress with the family.

The staff were lovely. Thie mattress was fantastic. I travel a lot and can honestly say this was the most comfortable bed I have been in. Very important for someone who has back issues.
The food was very good and very reasonable and portions were enormous! I had forgotten to let them know I was a vegetarian and even at very short notice they provided a lovely meal
One caveat, management ordered me a taxi. Taxis are very readonable in all of Egypt, except here apparently. The driver wanted to charge €16 to go 2 miles!
I work very hard for my money and budget all year to make an annual trip abroad. I don't appreciate being treated as a 'wealthy' idiot.
This is egypt please refer to everything in Egyption pounds.
That said the hotel itself was great value with wonderful service. Just make sure the taxis you book for us foreigners have honest drivers not crooks
