The value for money can't be beat! La Perla is very well located to go to Porto Santo Stefano. No fancy bells and whistles, but it's super clean and comfortable, & within walking distance of the center of Orbetello. We stay here whenever we have plans for diving in Porto Santo Stefano.

We always stay at La Perla when diving in Porto Santo Stefano. It's basic, clean & well situated.

Good value for an ensuite room just outside the old town of Orbetello. Although it was on the main road the windows are well insulated and keep out nearly all the traffic noise. The hotel is basic but fine apart from the smoke smell.

There was a strong smell of smoke in the reception area, stairs and hallways, and some smoke smell in the bedroom too.

Perfect location en route to Porto Santo Stefano. Clean, comfortable and good price.

Breakfast is not included but just below the building there is a good bar. Staff is super easy going and helpfull.

The people of Orbetello were extremely friendly and when the Sunday service bus time table to Porto Stephano meant that we'd need to wait for over 2 hours, a very kind man and his dog drove us there.

Sunday service for buses wasn't very helpful for tourists.

The single beds were very small, but when challenged, they put the beds together which was much better. The linen was stained, but had been freshly laundered.

La Perla offers a great value for money. We stay overnight at La Perla whenever we have an early morning diving excursion from either Porto Ercole or Porto Santa Stefano. The room is comfortable and very clean There are several restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful.

There is nothing I can honestly say that we " liked". Accepted, yes.

At the moment of arrival we were asked to pay a tourism tax of Euro 3. I have never been asked before to pay a separate tax at any hotel. If such tax exists, it is included in the price. Not at this hotel. Our room was on the spartan side of plain. The shower was the smallest I have ever seen. There was no breakfast or coffee or tea....a bar nextdoors serves, at tariff. The location is on the outskirts, not in the attractive old centre of Orbetello. You need a car to get there. To be fair, the hotel room price is modest, but you very much get what you pay for.

Very central location with the bar food available from the owners throughout the day. Room spacious and clean with windows on the Main Street. No problem with the bike storage!

The room was quite, considering that it was located on a very busy road. The hotel was a short easy walk to the center of Orbetello
