Room was warm; nothing to be done as it was just the weather. Strange that breakfast not included. Reason given was COVID, which seems odd nowadays.

Breakfast very well run and you ordered the evening before, so easier all round. Room had everything needed for our stay and even supplied fresh milk, as the wife does not like UHT milk cartons. The whole place was very clean

We were well catered for with breakfast including vegetarian sausages. Breakfast was cooked as soon as we came downstairs and was greeted by Alan. The rooms all had internet access and everything was in the room including shampoo, hairdryer and even a bible.

Maybe a fan in the room as we were very hot at night.

Loads: the location near sea and town centre, my bedroom, view and amenities, breakfast itself, decor, large, comfortable bed 🛌.

Only the breakfast ambience. A bit of a cross between an aspiring Fawlty Towers and boarding school. Too loud so early, and boss keeps clearing up around people still eating. Also the intercom walls are thin - but that's no one's fault.

Our stay in Cornwall was great! The amenities, wifi, and breakfast were excellent! The host, Alan, was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay! The place is in walking distance to the beach. Also, the drive to various tourist attractions was convenient. Definitely recommend this place, thank you!

A massive thank you to the Chiverton for the best stay, Alan will really look after you here! He even provided a map for us to recommend places for us to go in the local area. Breakfast is really good and the location of the B&B is ideal as you can easily walk to most places. Not a bad word to say, thank you so much!

Good location- close to town centre, beach and train station. Good local knowledge from friendly host. Generally clean.

Overwhelming smell of cleaning products in room (mould spray or bleach?) which hung around for duration of stay. Adequate but cheap furnishings. No water or hairdryer provided in room. Bathroom very small with tatty shower mat, cheap soap and some mould in the shower. Towels did not dry when left to hang in bathroom.
