Excellent location, relatively quiet area -at a short walk's distance from the lively town centre. Attentive reception staff. simple breakfast but good. WiFi worked well. Private parking (extra pay)

the whole experience at Vernisa was excellent. staff were great and could not do enough for you. the room was large and well equipped . very clean and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. location was ideal being just off the autoroute. the secure parking was well worth the price as we towed a trailer . I can’t speak any higher of this hotel and the staff.

Man on reception was very helpful and friendly, spoke excellent English. We were given a room upgrade which was a lovely room. Breakfasts were good value at 5€. We parked the car in the hotel car park, we thought the charge at 15€ per day a little high

Both the evening meal and breakfast were good. The recption staff were helpful.

For me the bed was a bit too hard

The Junior Suite was spacious, nicely decorated and good value for money. With a comfortable bedroom and balcony overlooking the treelined road. The staff were very friendly and took great care to make sure our stay was trouble free, a great bonus was a private parking area in the middle of town. Very close to the museums, Basilica and Castillo.

The staff where very friendly and it was clean. Private parking was available which was useful as trying to park in the street would have been quite difficult. The COVID-19 precautions were all in place with sanitiser and screens at the reception.

In general I would say the property was little tired and needed a makeover. The only downside during our visit were the road works in front of the property which were a bit noisy at times but clearly not the fault of the hotel
