It was cheap

The roadworks that were located right out the front. It was a lot noisier than we expected. A couple of microwave containers, measuring cups and spoons would have been an awesome addition for cooking in the room.

Really comfortable stay in an apartment at a very good price. Very clean and tidy with all that one would expect. A little away from the main centre of Adelaide but the bus 861 is just outside on the main road. Would definitely book again.

No real issues. Was somewhat difficult to park our 4WD vehicle in the allocated parking space. They have mostly a non contact reception which worked for us even though someone around to get information from would have been nice.

I was surprised and delighted at how great the place was. We had a couple of small snags but all was dealt with in a friendly charming manner. Would definitely recommend !

The oven had a little issue and the heater was a little noisy but all very minor items to consider. All of it was lovely and the personal touches in the rooms were an unexpected happy moment

I have stayed already several times, this is my go-to accommodation in Adelaide, I highly recommend. Spacious appartments, good kitchen, possibility to do laundry, great location, very friendly owner. Will always stay again when coming to Adelaide

Good price, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The bathroom was up to date and clean.

The traffic noise is a problem, as advertised, but this could be easily improved by putting seals on the main door to the room. There was nothing stopping insects or mice entering the room. The room itself is very small and the facilities are stored in a box on the floor because there is no cupboard. There is very little space to put luggage. There was considerable amount of accumulated dust under the beds and on top of the TV. It's unlikely the beds have been moved and the room properly cleaned in at least 6 months. The TV remote was missing. The quilt was dirty (lucky we brought sleeping bags and our own pillows). The AC unit is behind the curtains, which wasn't obvious. We didn't realise until the second night. Turning this on helped to freshen up the air and reduced the influence of traffic noise. Some of the dishes and cutlery were clean but some were dirty. There is a single towel rail but no towel hooks, so it was difficult to get our towels dry.

Location was great, near Woolworth and foodland at Akarba mall. Also located near a variety of restaurants for easy night out. Quiet too.

The apartments are perfect for a family travelling for a few days. However we had a few challenges, we didn't have enough cleaning utensils for a family with kids,had to improvise just to keep up with hygiene.(mops,brooms,wipes) Had to do laundry at the mall.

Overall clean and well presented. When the shower head broke off the stalk it was repaired promptly. Cleaning staff friendly and did a good job over the 2 week period. Great location.

DANGEROUSLY slippery tiles in the shower and bathroom - I fell more than once. Short in bedroom light switch. No mattress cover on second bed didn't pass the UV light test. Bedhead not attached and banged the wall when you moved in bed. "Contactless" reception is short for nobody to talk to. They take and KEEP a copy of your Drivers Licence - ID theft risk.
