See side is close to bars and restaurants. The room was very clean and the cleaner came in daily, towels and bedding were changed daily. Getting in touch with Alexandra was very easy. Would stay there again.

The shower cubicle was pretty poor and the floor very slippy.

The location is brilliant, meters away from everything. Alexandra is more than happy to help if you have any issues, by messages that is as i never actually saw her.

The cleaning service. It took the cleaner 10 days before they changed the bed sheet, it was never mopped and i had to request clean towels or they would just fold up the dirty ones. She also kept leaving my doors open when i was out so i spent most of the night killing all the bugs whilst applying bite cream I was originally on the top floor but there was no shower curtain and no wifi so she offered to move rooms. I then went to room 5 and the bed was awful and i mean awful, wifi signal poor. The shower itself is a tiring task. You have to hold the shower head after you finally reach the correct temperature. The shower curtain was mouldy. I understand it was low budget but there is no excuse for poor cleaning standards. No remote for the tv and one of the bed lights were broken

Never meet the owner or anyone else in the 11 days l was there. A lady who was swilling the stone paths said good morning one day when l was on the balcony. The bin in the bathroom was never emptied

The place is 2 min walking to beach.. Its is a small place, but clean, family run. We had sheets and towels changed every second day. Alexandra, the owner is a fantastic lady. Anything I need it she helped me. Very kind

Kitchen a bit outdated, but don't want to cook in my holiday. Enough to fix a salad. Also the shower an inconvenient position.

A healthy walk to the beach and restaurants, not for everyone but I enjoyed it especially after dinner.

Something needs to be done about the neighbor dog barking all night.

The place is nice and comfortable! We were nine people and took an apartment and a studio, good solution! The owner is really friendly and gave us a lot of good advices. The house is close to the sea and to the center of the city.

The owner Alexandra was kind and suggested nice places to visit. The location was Ok, very near to the sea and had some partially seaview from the balcony.

The ammenities were very old, bathroom was horrible, there were some dangerous stairs before accessing the top floor of the vila where we stayed and was not at all pleasant to climb them. It was very hot inside and air conditioning was not efficient enough.

Peaceful studio with friendly owners at place. Very closed (50m) to the beach and shops, supermarkets. Studio was very nice and clean, with a small terrace with sunshading and connection to the freshly breezed garden. Room was solid and well-furnished, with wardrobe, commode, and beds had hard matresses we loved, and huge mirrors as well. Kitchenette was equipped with all accessories and the fridge worked very well :) Owner waited us with a useful starter set: cooled water, tea and coffee, soaps and body creams, more over we got also an electric mosquito repellent :D In the bathroom water pressure was wonderful with plenty warm water.

Bathroom had a small shower it was not a huge problem.

No shower head holder but got used to it after a day or two (air conditioning only works when balcony doors are closed and took me 4 days to realise, my fault no one else’s.

They provided all kitchen necessities (washing up liquid, sponge/scourer, Tea towel) and the bathroom had shampoo, shower gel, body moisturiser. Very close to beach and amenities

That was the most amazing holiday I ever had! Host are incredible peope, they sent us all information about thr island and how and where to go plus amazing tips from locals. We were also allowed to est as many of the grapes from their wonderful garden as we wanted. The best island and best hosts!

Wonderful warm welcome. Ideal location 2 minutes walk to beach and 5 minutes to main nightlife and food areas. Felt very comfortable and my privacy was respected. Maid service was not obtrusive. Air Con was provided and worked well. Nice balconey area. Bed was comfortable. Very happy with my stay here and would recommend as an ideal location to enjoy wonderful Tsilivi.

Great location, 3 minutes on foot to Planos beach, near markets and restaurants. Alexandra is kind, accommodating and generous with her time. Rooms are simple but comfortable, clean and well equipped. Highly recommend them!

Good location, close to beach. Shower not so good - hand held. Have been three times at Sea Side Studios and very pleasant on all three. This time we had an apartment at the top with sea view. Very friendly and helpful staff. Many Thanx.
