location and room size was excellent

Everything.The apt.was spotless,cosy comfortable beds,nice interior,floor heating,temperatures self adjustable.Bathroom was spotless.Even had an extra toilet.Very big livingroom with kitchen,fully equipped with stove,oven,microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. No toaster,which would be nice. There is a Little round Windows Like on a ship with a perfetto view of the Dolomites from dining table.Otherwise there are bigger Windows,also in both bedrooms.Apt.is right in the centre of San Candido.A parking garage allocated to flats in short walking distance,which one should reserve upon booking.Cafè's for breakfast are all in close vicinity.As Is shopping.A huge store and supermarket are underneath the Residence,as it belongs to the same owner.

Only the fact that on Booking.com the photos for the 2 bedroomed apt.which Is more expensive,showed a balcony,which we wanted.We did not need a 2nd bedroom,but desired the balcony,but it was misleading and did not have one.So,If one wants the apt.with balcony,please book directly with the Residence.

The property seems to be newly renovated. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and the view spectacular. It is centrally located with a grocery store on the ground floor. Staff was nice and very helpful. We will definitely stay there again in our next visit to San Candido.
