Balcony was really cosy and nice

First let me say staff is incredibly rude. Even though I have requested stay without card as I wanted to pay in cash, before my arrival I been actually terrorised to transfer money to someone's account or my stay will be cancelled, as I been already half way there I had to find friend who could do it instead of me. There wasn't any choice of room and the pictures included billiard table we booked room regardless price, just because it had billiard table (the only reason). When we arrived there wasn't any billiard at all! Very disappointing. Room were clean, but really old and everything falling apart. There was only old electric heaters and it was quite cold. As I stayed there with little kid accident happened during the night and he wet bed, which is quite normal for a kid, of course not pleasant, but this things sometime happens ( I must to mention that as it is quite important bit for what happened next) I have texted host that tomorrow I would like to have chat about rooms as we were disappointed in polite manner. Next day I received call from host and after short Hi he started attacking me straight away. I had no change to say anything. He started shout on me : - How you can be disappointed!! Room cost only 25 eur, what did you expect?! Then there was no pause to say anything for me he continued: - Why did you wet the bed? Why did you wet the bed? Why did you wet the bed - He repeatable shouted on me. He did not gave me any chance to say anything at all, so I just said over his shouting, that I will call him back, of course I did not, as he was aggressively shouting all the time. And I just want to point it out once again that we choice room only because of the billiard, not because of the price. But apparently if you pay not much you shouldn't expect anything was advertised to you, just because he let room cheap? Anyway very very rude staff, very disappointed
