Parking was a bit tight for space, but, not a problem during our stay. Our friends (visiting us) were also able to park onsite for a few hours.

The walk back from the sea front might be difficult for some people.

Reception and assistance offered by Lavinia was above and beyond starting with getting me rescued from the harbour on my first night where taxis were as rare as hens teeth, she kindly had her friend come along and pick me up. The welcoming email was awash with helpful tips on places to visit and local business's including places to eat and drink (very important!!!). Breakfast was exceptional, property and room were furnished to very high standard.

The whole experience was a delight. I could not have been made more welcome. I would/could not fault it. Nothing to complain about, apart from the leaving.

Room was well presented and the decor gave it its own character. One of the best aspects was that there was an outside decked area with garden furniture so you didn't feel like a prisoner in your room. Fridge in room was also handy.

Floor was slippery with or without footwear which is just an observation. If you intend not to use your car the walk down to the seafront is very steep, no problem for us but could be for some.

Lovely room with a view to the sea & Jurassic Coastline. Plenty of toiletries , towels , coffee , tea etc. Very comfortable bed & the shower was excellent. Breakfast , Continental style , was adequate to start the day. Lavinia , the owner , was excellent , freely giving local information & tips on what to do & where to look for them in Lyme Regis.

My wife & I are both in our 70's and struggled a bit with the hills getting back to Westwood towards the end of the day. Lovely views though.

Proprietor was friendly and helpful - the guesthouse was well situated.

The room was particularly small and the shower head was faulty. The room overlooked building works.

A well presented choice of drinks and cereals at breakfast .in a well appointed breakfast room, the host assisted with car parking at the property or nearby. The room had excellent facilities,was very clean with an excellent shower room.and comfortable bed

Friendly and accommodating, Lavinia was brilliant in pre -arrival communication and customer service during our stay. The breakfast was also amazing! Definitely worth adding to your stay. Absolutely brilliant location for enjoying the beautiful coast!
