This house was the end of our road trip through California and it didn’t disappoint. The property was exactly as listed. It is located in a nice neighbourhood and we walked to Santa Monica pier to enjoy restaurants and sunsets and walked back later in the evenings as well. It was great base to explore the rest of LA. The loft house had everything we needed and we would definitely stay again.

We loved the place! The upstairs patio was lovely. Having a garage and washer/dryer was SUCH a bonus! Obviously the stairs (especially the small spiral set) are a bit of a challenge - big suitcases wud be hard to lug up to the upper bedroom. I would suggest a full length mirror added to that room. Our 24 yr old daughter stayed up there, worked from the desk part of the time and LOVED it!

Really comfortable apartment with loft bedroom. Immediately felt comfortable and perfect location for accessing stuff we needed to do in the area. Highly recommended.

My family and I stayed for the 4th of July weekend and had a nice time. The drive to Universal was only 30 minutes and the drive to the beach was 10. Nice little kitchen with all the utensils you could need, lots of streaming services on both TVs, clean, cute, and very comfortable.

The home was beautiful, amazing natural light from windows throughout the open floor plan. Comfortable living area, great full kitchen (we used most nights), Nestled on a quiet neighborhood street but just a short drive to Venice Boardwalk, Santa Monica Pier, & Marina Del Rey. We also had convenient drives to the Hollywood sign and Griffith Observatory, the LACMA, Walk of Fame, Beverly Hills & Rodeo Drive. We needed a location near the coast but reasonable commutes to everything else LA has to offer. Both bedrooms were comfortable and the loft room was exquisite. All of us took turns enjoying the roof patio as well and it was nice to have garage parking. Another special touch, and much appreciated, was the beach chairs, umbrella and towels available for our use. It was a very pleasant stay and the amenities were perfect.

My family loved staying at the Loft House for 5 days while we attended my sons’s graduation from UCLA. It had everything we needed for 4 people. We loved the cleanliness, location, quiet neighborhood, modernness, and other amenities of the Loft House. Host, Deborah, was just a text away when we needed her with an issue we had with the gas stove. Everything else was excellent. The only problem maybe the spiral stair case to the second floor that is steep and may not be good for older people or small children. Highly recommend staying here and will stay at the Loft House again in the future.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet, with easy access to all that Santa Monica has to offer. The owner was super helpful. You will need to access the loft bedroom via a spiral staircase--no problem for us, but don't try to carry heavy luggage up!

The garage apartment was clean, stocked and chill for my visit to the area. Unfortunately, much of my stay was rainy, which sprung a leak above my head in bed on night one, which was not great! I understand that contractors are hard to come by on weekends, but I also expected someone to check it during my stay. Instead, I relocated to the loft (which was awesome) and slept peacefully and without rain for the rest of my stay. The kitchen was well equipped for food preparation and the availability of parking was clutch. I suspect the leak will be addressed for a future renter, and I would definitely recommend staying at that location for families visiting the area.

This was the perfect spot for our family of four to stay while visiting the LA area. It looked exactly like the photos - very clean and well-stocked, along with plenty of charm. The check-in instructions were thorough, and the owner was responsive. The location was also great; we walked to a restaurant and a grocery store during our stay, and it was within easy driving distance of the other sites we wanted to visit. I'd definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the property and the location was great. It was my daughters senior trip to CA. The property was clean and had everything that we needed included beach chairs which was great. Highly recommend.

Very nice unit with all the amenities including Youtube TV to watch football. The kitchen was very well equipped.
Only one bathroom, but that was not a problem for three or four people. We walked to the beach and restaurants every day. Garage parking spot was a plus.

Lovely clean modern feel, wonderful quiet neighborhood. We stayed in this home in spring 2023 with my folks and had a great experience. We had them stay on the main level so they had easy access to the bathroom and living area, we stayed up the spiral stairs on the second level that is open to below snd loved our space too.

A great place to stay in Santa Monica. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to great restaurants, groceries and shopping. The Loft House was perfect and had everything we needed for a one week visit. Owner was super communicative for both check in and out. We will definitely be back!

This place is great! We loved the location, near lots of lovely options for food and close to the beach. It's also close to the I-10 without being in earshot. When the windows were open, I could hear birds, not traffic.
Deborah was helpful in the few instances we needed some assistance, but otherwise let us have our privacy.

Second time staying in The Loft House! It is in a great location, within walking distance to our daughter's home, not too mention great little coffee shops, dining and groceries.
Always have a lovely visit and plan on being a " three-peater".

Really enjoyed our stay at Deborah’s place. Such a cool layout, plenty of windows, plenty of kitchens supplies as we ate all of our breakfast and dinners at the loft. Very comfortable after a day of touring LA and surrounding area. Especially liked the garage - seemed like a very safe neighbourhood but great to have a guaranteed parking spot for our rental car. Great enjghbiurhood as well.

This was a very comfortable and clean space. It was equipped with all the right things for a comfortable stay! The property is close to the major highways, providing easy access to everything the LA area had to offer, and very close to the beach area. The garage works great for keeping your car off the street. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

This is a lovely bright home away from home. The beds are very comfortable which is important to us! Love that there is a garage because street parking is often hard to find. The property is safe with coded gate access then a key entry.

Many thanks to Deborah for an excellent stay. I rented this unit out for about 3 weeks as I worked in LA. The location was excellent, as was the parking garage underneath the unit. The unit itself was clean, spacious and had great natural light. Deborah was very friendly and always replied quickly to any questions I had. I'd stay here again for sure.

place was very clean and nice. Open floor plan which was nice and a garage spot to park. Good place, probably not repeat it. Very very light in the mornings, no ability to keep it even somewhat dark. Noisey dog nearby. If the sun doesn't wake you the dog will and a fountain nearby

The property owners are very accommodating. We had a wonderful experience in a well-kept house. The garage was definitely a plus. It was so good , that we booked again for January!
