If you are staying in Athens to see the sites, you CANNOT beat this location. You can see up to the Acropolis and Parthenon literally from the front steps. There are a lot of restaurants and gift shops right on your street with a convenience store right across the street. You will have everything you need within a short walking distance.
Besides the location, you cannot beat working with George, the manager. He was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. He was able to book and coordinate multiple trips too and from the port and the airport. He was very patient with my questions and very detailed in his responses. He was a big part of the success of my family's trip to Greece!
The apartment was clean and comfortable. My wife and I and our two teenage boys, had a great stay. The bedrooms were big enough and we slept well in our beds. The air conditioning was excellent (It was hot outside during our stay). We loved the living room for our little planning sessions for what we would do next. A fun bonus was that I enjoyed people watching from our outside balcony.
Again, if you're visiting Athens, this should be at the top of your list.

Great apartment right near the Acropolis and lots of shops and restaurants. There is traffic noise at night but I am sure that is normal for most places in that area. We enjoyed our stay and it worked perfectly for what we needed.

The location of this apartment is just perfect, only few steps from Acropolis and the museum. The rental agency was very supportive and caregiving when we faced some problems with the water heater. We would definitely recommend the flat if you want to discover Athens and its historical sights.

While the communication with property manager and location were good, the apartment itself is very run down and we were very disappointed. Two nights before we left water started dripping from the bathroom doorframe so we couldn't even pass through without being dripped on. Numerous items in the apartment were broken or dirty and overall, had I had more time, I would have relocated my family. My spouse and children were all very disappointed especially since the listing misrepresents the apartment as "Brand New..."

We booked this place at the last minute when we decided to shorten our stay in Santorini (too many tourists and Instagramers blocking the way and the view, too expensive). We wanted to come back to Athens, which we loved at the start of our trip. The apartment is perfect for a family, with two bedrooms. The manager came and made sure to answer all our questions. The street is right in front of the Parthenon in a neighborhood that we fell in love with, close to museums, restaurants, souvenirs shops, etc. It was perfect, thank you George, John and Vasilis!

We had a late flight arriving at midnight and George was very accommodating, he waited for us to arrive and was very courteous and informative. The location is perfect, short walk to the Acropolis and to the museum. The unit is older so he had us flip off the breaker for the water heater once the water had time to heat up. Ran out of warm water with our family of 5. Wasn’t a big deall just unexpected.

Location and communication was great. Easy to walk around town from here and see everything, as well as many restaurants in each direction. Nice little store right across to get waters, snacks, etc.
The place was a great size for our family of 5. Kitchen was nice. Beds were comfortable. It needs a few minor upgrades, but overall it worked out great for us. We usually left early and got back in late every night and the street noise was a bit much at night, but that comes with being in the city.
George helped arrange pick up from the airport which was very convenient. His driver was very nice and answered all our questions. It also worked out nice that we were able to check in a little ealry.

The location is perfect and close to everything! Acropolis is right around the corner and another of food places to choose from. The apartment I think is new to the owners but it wasn't the cleanest. The chairs look dirty and the couch cover is very dirty. It didn't really bother us too much because location and communication with owner was perfect!

Management arranged transportation from airport, to cruise line, and to train station. Drivers were always punctual and very helpful. Wonderful area of Athens for our pre-cruise stay .

What a location. 1 block to the Acropolis museum. Check in so easy. Nice size. If I were them I would upgrade the towels and bedding (make sure cleaned between each use) clean the furniture. People would pay for a bit more amenities.

Also, the owner charged us an extra 30 euro for a stain they said was on the couch. We had put a cover on the couch and did not create the stain on the couch. That is a scam. It is a nice place close to the Acropolis, but the management is poor. I woudl not recommend.

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar. 2 Schöne Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Badezimmer. Sehr saubere Küche. Die Lage ist unglaublich zentral in der Innenstadt am Fuße der Akropolis. Der angebotene Transfer vom und zum Flughafen war perfekt. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

This flat is in the center of Athens, just two blocks from the Acropolis museum and walking distance to most of the archaeological sites. One could not find a better location. The apartment is a bit smaller than it appears in the pictures, but was certainly spacious and comfortable enough for our family of four. It was clean and well-maintained. It's not luxurious, but definitely a great value in a perfect location
Some reviewers commented on the noise level. It is on a busy street and it is true that the traffic noise penetrated the apartment. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs.
George, the manager, was very responsive. Check-in was painless. George arranged (for a reasonable cost) transportation to and from the airport, which was very convenient.

Very convenient place to stay
Overall very happy with the flat.
The flat is very close to the historical centre which is very convenient but also next to a very busy road (it can be noisy if you are not used to).
The flat was clean, spacious and corresponded to the description in the website. It would have been nice if we had tea towels for the kitchen.
The only annoying bit is that we had to book an extra night because we were arriving very early. It would have been nice if there was option for early or late check in.

This quaint apartment has all the amenities you need. It is safe, clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Shower clean and hot! Great washer so we left with clean clothes to continue our vacation. George was very attentive towards making our stay remarkable. He provided transportation to wherever and whenever we needed! The transportation team was very kind and professional. Although, you can walk to the Acropolis and all the amazing places around it. There are plenty of stores and places to eat and drink on the same block. I would stay there again and am so thankful for the attentiveness George and his team gave us.

Slechte communicatie!
Onze reservering was geheel verdwenen bij HomeAway. Goede communicatie met HomeAway is niet mogelijk (1 * via chat en 2 * telefonisch in het engels). In totaal drie verschillende verhalen gehoord waarom de reservering verdwenen was. Totaal drie dagen besproken. Eigenaar was onbereikbaar bij aankomst (21:00 uur). Wij hebben een uur voor de deur gestaan en zijn daarna na een hotel gegaan. 's Avonds (23:00 uur!) contact gehad met medewerker eigenaar. Volgende dag alsnog naar het appartement gegaan. Alles in het appartement is perfect, airco aanwezig in alle ruimten, schoon en netjes. Jammer van de slechte communicatie anders was alles perfect geweest.

My wife and I, plus two grandsons (teenagers) spent three days in Athens at George’s apartment. The location is outstanding for the key attractions in the historical center. Walking distance to the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, etc. Many shops in the immediate vicinity (groceries, bakery, fruit stand). Quiet apartment and well equipped with quite new furnishings and appliances. There was no need to call owner for any issues, but he kept in touch via text in case we needed anything. I recommend the apartment without hesitation and will return to it.

Great visit
We had a wonderful time staying in George’s property. The location was perfect - just a few minutes walk from the Acropolis and within 15-20 minutes walk of all the major sites. George was very helpful and easy to reach if we had questions during our stay and offered to organize airport transfers if we needed them. Perfect set up for our family of 4.
