The owner of the apartment was so kind and friendly. The flat was newly renovated and it has a Sauna and small lovely balcony. Supermarkets, Cafes and restaurants were near the house.

The apartment was located beside main street and during the day was very noisy. But you could close the windows. Internet was not available in whole flat just in some spots.

Very polite owner, willing to help when we ran into a problem. Very clean and neat space, just like the pictures. Right next to the city centre. Very good price-quality ratio. It was nicely quiet at night and the beds were comfortable

A bit of an obscured view by the surrounding buildings so no real mountain view or good view on the castle. Barely functioning Wi-Fi. No real free parking lot, only spaces with a time limit of two hours so we had to move the car around a bit.

It was clean overall, well ventilated rooms, heating works well during the cold days and nights , good location in front of the nice castle of Heimbach , confortable couch and mattresses , enough towels for 6 persons, very practical to have the dish washing machine .

the communication with the owners was quit difficult, it was not easy at all to reach them before the arrival in front of the door and it's an unwelcome and unpleasant stress; please answer the phone or the email next time. The internet connection it's really BAD. It's not fair to say that you provide internet, when this one doesn't actually works properly. Please do an effort with the dishes, there are not enough for 6 people. Take some time please to fix floor, because the noise it makes it's very annoying not only for us, but also for the appartement bellow. Also, the pillows are way toooo soft and flat. It was not very clear overall why we paid a supplement of 30 euro for cleaning, when this amount was already included in the total amount on booking?

Nice room, in a really nice small village, in a beautiful region. Clean, with a lot of tools to cook. Just enough to visit the area for a couple of days. The parking the weekend is really practical (be careful, not free during working hours in the week).

!!!! NO SAUNA !!!! One of the reason we booked it, but unfortunately it was a mistake (unvoluntary one?). Has to be taken in account for the grade. The street is just next to the window of the lowest (and smallest I presume) room, but it is not that bad. No credit card (just to precise it). No air system when cooking
