overpriced, beach was closed

The condo had been updated and was larger than I expected. The pool was very clean, had a shallow section for kids, a jacuzzi and a grill. There were plenty of dishes and essential cookware. While not directly in the beach, there is access within 100 meters. Beach towels were provided! The front desk and housekeeping staff were pleasant and helpful wi the any question/requests.

There was only one minor annoyance - the washer and dryer were a bit loud. The plus side is that there WAS a washer and dryer in the unit!

This was the perfect property for us. I traveled with my 2 young adult daughters and one of their friends. It was in a great location convenient to everything. We felt like we were staying in a condo/ apartment with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and plenty of living space. We loved having space to spread out. The beds were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful. We enjoyed having coffee on the patio in the mornings. The kitchen was stocked with all basic utensils and appliances. The pool area was very nice. As others have mentioned, this is not a fancy resort so if you are looking for a resort experience you will be disappointed. It also does not have beach access nearby due to beach erosion. The nicest beaches are a few minutes away by car. I would stay here again.

I wish it had direct beach access, but that is out of their control. There were a couple minor things that needed to be fixed and staff was an immediate to respond.

Spacious and well equipped

Our unit had been completely upgraded and modernized. Very large, spacious kitchen with a modern oven, full-sized fridge, washer & dryer. The bedrooms were much larger than expected. Two double beds in one bedroom and a queen bed in the other bedroom. The bathrooms were topnotch. The unit also had a nice patio. Close enough to the pool, so I could quite easily watch the kids. Excellent location. The photos on the website don't do the place justice.

The location is good. Close to George Town, good dining, and shopping options. Internet was good and the pool is fine. Staff were very pleasant.

The furniture is old and uncomfortable (the sofa is in three pieces and they move independently when you sit on them). The mattresses left everyone with sore backs and poor nights sleep (even children). The kitchen, while spacious, is not well equipped with cooking utensils and dishes. It is several years overdue for a refresh. While the water heater was not working when we arrived, the team was responsive and replaced it within a day. There is also no beach remaining at that location, and while we didn't care, others may.

Reasonably nice hotel, on the water, but no beach. Beach within walking distance. Really good restaurants very close and busses run daily. Swimming pool and hot pool, clean and nice, with large patio area.

Water not hot in the shower, but hot at bathroom sink and kitchen in both condos, different stays during the week. No beach, access to the water but very rocky.

Great access to restaurants and stores. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Condo had all the amenities of home.

Had to walk a good distance to the beach to find an area that didn't have too much seaweed or rocks. I'm not blaming the resort, just something for folks to be aware of.
