We were on the 4th floor and there was no elevator. This should have been mentioned in the description .

They had plenty of space and mirrors … and that’s about it.

Where to start?! First of all, there is only one bathroom. The listing has a picture of two and maybe my bad for not noticing, but you have to go down two floors to the laundry room for the “extra” toilet, and it’s worse than a gas station bathroom! The one shower we did have, scolded one of our party and we could not get anything but super hot water. The cold did not seem to work. That’s not even the worse though. The noise from the street below was horrible! There is a night club that must share a wall because until past 3am we heard thumping from the music abs people below partying in the street. You have to have your windows open because it is too hot if you do not, but even with them closed and a noise app we got ZERO sleep. Do not stay here!

I liked that the keys were easily accessible in the lock box.

The location was phenomenal and right in the heart of everything in Akureyri. The problem was the noise in the city circle well into the night. Not the owners fault but it did keep my family up at night until the motorcycles and drunk patrons left the area.

Great location. Rooms were fine. Nice living room.

View of the trash bins. Would have loved a better description of where the main building door was. It took a while to find it.

It’s a great location close to the church, old town, and lots of restaurants. Beds were comfy.

The listing clearly stated there was a washing machine and one can be seen in a photo but there was no washer in the apartment. We booked this apartment for the washer, and we needed laundry, so it was pretty inconvenient. The glass coffee pot was broken (hole in the bottom) which we didn’t know until morning so it was too late to ask for a new one. We had to run out and buy coffees at a nearby cafe.

we had complaints and we contacted the property but we had no replies so far. One of the complaints was regarding the electricity that was out due to a faulty electric cord that was severely damaged and should be replaced ASAP. That is a security issue and we should have gotten an instant response from managers.

A lot of broken and non-functioning things, a shelf fell off the wall on the head of one of the guests. The bathroom door does not lock. The sofa bed in the living room is very uncomfortable. The neighborhood is quite loud during the weekend.

The only problem is the shower cabin.

the apartment location is great. it is very specious. the kitchen was very well equipped.

Well equipped with nice furniture and spacious enough for family and 4 people.

No elevator

The location was very good in the center of town. There were numerous shops and restaurants nearby. Parking was free and easy with it being the weekend. Bonus was nearby as was the church and junior college. Being on the fourth floor meant less noise outside.

Fourth floor was somewhat taxing. I found the locals to be friendly, the girls said they weren't. N1 on Tygerbraurt was relatively cheap.
