The owner was very understanding and accommodated my request for an earlier check-in. The apartment is spacious, clean and serviced daily. The proximity to two restaurants (nood cafe & A Tavola, both in Wilderness Rd) and the Kingsbury Hospital was very convenient (I was visiting a family member in the hospital). There is tea/coffee/milk/sugar/rusks available in the kitchen.

The impact of load-shedding is problematic - but this is no fault of the owner. Guests would benefit from a printed load-shedding schedule for the area. A bottle of drinking water in the fridge would be welcomed.

No microwave or washing machine. WiFi didn’t work. no access to gym over the weekend.

Breakfast at Cafe Nood which is easily accessible from the apartment was always very tasty. The location is excellent and within walking distance of everything we needed.

No breakfast was provided as part of our stay, but there is a GREAT little cafe just downstairs. Quadrant Apts was great! We love Cape Town and we would for sure go back here again. My only complaint was that the stairs up to our bonus room weren't great for us older folks. We just had to be careful, that's all. the host was fabulous, and a fantasitc italian resto right across the driveway - was heaven. Better make reservations!

In close proximity to the hospital where I had scheduled an operation. Nice and clean and safe area. Nice coffee shop close by which had good breakfast options.

Dog barking somewhere at night was a little loud - not sure if it was another flat or neighboring houses. Other than that i have no other complaints about the property itself. The location, while convenient for my appointment had no real supermarket close by and I could only choose between a Petrol station shop or owner run shop with sub par quality products who only accepted cash (apparently card machine “wasn’t working” - Red flag)

To much security, you are watched where ever you go. They expect you to email a copy of your ID to them before you arrive, sorry thats looking for trouble ( id fraud) To get into bed you have to move in side ways between the window and bed, and bed and wall on the other side. For older people the parking to is to far from the lifts. Tv channels were few. not worth the R1196 per night I paid.

The location was perfect for the area that we needed to be and easy to the surrounding main routes

the lift to the basement parking did not function well at times
