D'abord l'accueil des nouveaux hôteliers, leur détermination à vouloir bien faire, les repas préparés par le patron un vrai cuisinier avec des produits locaux de qualité, la proximité du centre ville piétonnier le bord de mer à Deux cents mètres. L'hôtel n'a pas de parking privé mais un parking à durée limitée (20 minutes) pour la dépose des bagages, un parking payant à Cent mètres le prix pour 24 heures était de 11 € en date du 25 octobre 2024.

Although on the second floor, our room was very comfortable, with a view looking towards the Cathedral, We parked our bikes by the cathedral, but didnt know there was a market on saturdays, ALL was well though, Cracking place for a short stay.

Bathroom needs revamping, toilets kept getting blocked and lighting down the stairs too dim, we were on the 4th floor.
Also no WiFi in room 12.

We stayed in the hotelbecause we had booked the morning ferry which left at 06.00! The room was clean, warm (it was a very cold night) the beds were comfortable and the hotel staff were very pleasant and very helpful.
The shower door was broken but still worked and was no big problem...

The room was a good size and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a kettle for tea and coffee.
The check in is a bit later than we are used to at 5pm but we knew this from booking so were prepared.

we did not get the accommodation we booked. putting our guests on a sofa bed when they have booked twin room with 2 singles is unacceptable and we will not book again.

The floor could be cleaner and the grouting in the bathroom needs re-doing.
A ridiculous toilet roll holder!
The hotel recommended Ango Taxi and they took an hour to turn up even after several phone calls saying 10 minutes. No apologies.

Central location on a side street near the cathedral. We arrived late at night and the owner was able to provide a pass code and instructions for us to access our rooms.

the front desk manager was extremely kind, waited for us despite our super late checkin. the location is good, the room was clean and comfortable for standing with pets.
we got lots of baggage with us and it was difficult to transfer it using the only narrow stairs :(

Really liked this little hotel, so near the centre of Dieppe, excellent for access to the restaurants around the harbour and nearby boulangeries on the Sunday morning, to buy our picnic. Very good welcome by the staff. Unrestricted parking outside as it was the weekend was a bonus too.

Great location. Staff were very friendly and I enjoyed eating breakfast in the cafe area.
The room was quite basic.
