Very comfortable and spacious rooms in the centre of Carrick on Shannon. Customer service is second to none - superb value for money.

I was able to check in at 1am as I was travelling from the airport. I just wanted somewhere I could shower, sleep and get a cup of tea in the room. All these expectations were met. There was free parking beside the building.

It was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Ideal location- close by to everything. Great car parking space also.

Bedroom was dirty, bathroom was dirty, broken shower door, on off switch broken on shower. Lamps broken, no socket for lamps, hairdryer broken, no milk for coffee. Cannot believe we were charged the same price as my sibling who stayed in 2 bedroom clean apartment with nothing broken.

Lovely spot for a night out in Carrick with group of friends. Clean easy to find, close to everything

A bit noisy during the night in the corridors but that’s probably most places in Carrick on Shannon.

Location was great. There was a hen party and a stag party beside us. They were very loud at 4 in the morning and banging on our door. They started again at 7 in the morning till about 8.30. We didn't get much sleep

We had cold showers…no hot watering. a switch in the kitchen was off. We didn’t use the kitchen at all so it wasn’t checked when cleaned or maybe cleaners switched it off. there was no “do not switch off” sticker on the switch. Maybe there should be.

It's very expensive for a very basic room with no breakfast.

room was too stuffy. window didn’t open fully. no fridge in room. long corridor to rooms very poorly lit and lights slow to come on quite unnerving.

I booked a suite for three nights but they upgraded me to an apartment for free as they had one empty. Was delighted. Have no complaints. Well equipped, good showers, heating, wifi, free parking, right in the centre of Carrick. Friendly reception staff.
Could only find the Saorview channels on the telly but could live with that. Maybe it was me.
