В день моего вылета мне отказали в последнии , т.к нет воды , оплата прошла , но услугу я не получил . Хозяин перестал мне отвечать , я понёс убытки , т.к оплатив 4 дня остался без денег и жилья в ночь в Ницце. Я вынужден был оплатить в 2 раза больше за отель , и опоздал на встречу , испортив весь свой отдых ! Прошу связаться завтра с 12.00 со мной по данному номеру , и вернуть средства , все сканы переписки с хозяином я предоставлю
Меня не заселили в вечер приезда , т.к в номере не было воды , пришла смс от букинг , хозяин ответил , что воды нет во всем доме , я остался в ночь в Ницце без номера , был вынужден искать другой отель , заплатил в 2 раза дороже за отель , а деньги мне так и не вернули

juste la vue et la localisation
l'insalubrité des toilettes du à fuite ancienne mais non reparée depuis x semaines, donc odeur nauséabonde , nous avons du partir avant la fin du séjour, le service de conciergerie est quasiment injoignable , il faut les contacter 10000 fois pour espérer avoir un retour

Состояние апартаментов очень плохое. Текла вода по стенам в туалете, очень плохое состояние сантехники и постоянно мокрый пол и стены. Сами апартаменты тоже очень старые. Сервис со стороны управляющей компании также отвратительный - писали и звонили несколько раз с просьбой помочь с протечкой воды, но нас полностью игнорировали. Не советуем останавливаться в этих апартаментов, есть гораздо лучшие предложения за такие же деньги.

The location was amazing and the owners provided anything a visitor would need to enjoy the beach (save for your trunks and sunscreen of course). Just really helpful with the mats and umbrella etc which are must haves for the Nice beach
The A/C was very effective in cooling the main area but there was no fan to push the cooler air to the bedroom. And on nights where the breeze was limited the bedroom could get a bit warm

The host Daniel was great. Called us when we landed to make sure we were okay and needed any help. Met us at the apartment and showed us around and explained a little about the area. Very helpful and friendly host, made for a good start to the holiday.
Apartment is clean and spacious and a good location, along the promenade and next to a tram stop. You couldn't hear any noise from the bedroom so we slept well.
Minor points. The bathroom mirror cabinet above the sink sticks out a bit too much so made it a bit awkward brushing your teeth in the morning. The flooring in the bedroom looked new would be good if this was done in the lounge as well.

location, all the amenities you need for traveling- washing mashine, coffee mashine, hair dryer, iron…. and the best view ever. i could go for run any time, the grocery is just 2 min away, tram is just around the corner to take you to best dinner places.
a noise when the balcony doors are open, but at the same time you are at the center of the city with best view ever.

Great location. Great view. Great city! The apartment is very well situated -but we love to walk and swim. Lots and lots of walking for us! The beach is right across the street so we swam most days. Just lovely.
Not much to complain about at all! More hand towels maybe?

The apartment was very spacious and clean. It was well stocked with all that we needed. Great location overlooking the sea. Two minute walk to the tram which linked the apartment with the city centre and the airport. Very regular service and easy to use. The host's agent gave us quite a bit of useful information. Good wi-fi connection. We had a very enjoyable week in Nice which was greatly contributed to by your apartment.
An arrangement to meet our host between 3:00 and 4:00pm on the day of arrival was agreed in advance. However we were left standing in quite oppressive heat at the door to the apartment building for half an hour despite the fact that the host's agent was already in the apartment on the fifth floor. It should be said that during this time we had no means of communicating with our host (no contact number) or Booking.com. Needless to say this was most frustrating. We suspect that it was a communication issue but the agreed arrangements should be fully understood by both parties. We had a second and more serious issue. The host's agent asked us to pay a 200 euro cash refundable security deposit on our arrival. We had not been informed by Booking.com of this requirement and on that basis refused to pay the requested deposit. The host's agent agreed to this but it was somewhat unpleasant and in our view unnecessary. In our view Booking.com should make clear to the customer any such particular requirements in advance. We would be very reluctant to book a property where such a deposit was required to be paid as we understood that it would only be refunded 8 days after we had vacated the property and of course at the absolute discretion of the host.

Everything was fabulous, like home away from home, tram is excellent, just outside the door. I would have no problem recommending this appointment
