The location was very convenient (short drive from Naoussa and a 5 minute walk to the beach) the house was clean and beautiful!!

The tranquility of the area with a lovely view of the sea in the distance. Just a short walk down the road to some beautiful beaches and a great taverna. The accommodation was comfortable and plenty of space to spread out for a family with a lovely patio. Very peaceful and well situated with a bus route nearby.
No complaints. The accommodation is to be highly recommended.

A nice place with a good location. Only 10min away from Naousa by car and about 30min from the port. A supermarket is a 5-10min drive. We arrived by car and there was a lot of parking space right by the rooms. Very clean, we had a big terrace with a sunrise view! I recommend!
I liked everything, but the room was smaller than other rooms pictured. I guess there was only one selection available when I booked, which made me think all the rooms were the same size.

Good size property, simple and traditional interior design, ample of parking space, very polite host, nice terrace with view
Bathroom was a bit tight and showering without a curtain/ screen means you end up with water everywhere in the bathroom

There were no meals included in the rates but we had access to a very well-equipped kitchen and terrace so that we could enjoy breakfast in the suite when we wished to.
There was nothing at all to complain about. Quiet location, quiet neighbors, easy parking, perfectly restful.

Aeraki Villa is located at a unique quiet location a few minutes walk from the beach Santa Maria The host is the most welcoming person I have ever met. I really recommand Aeraki villa for your holidays.

Very big terrace with nice view
Overpriced for what you get, very basic- shower head broke during use, kitchen very difficult to cook in (no space ) and the bed was not at all ideal for a couple (2 single beds pushed together with sheets that were too small for the bed and kept coming off ).

Because I had no cell service, my communication with the host was only when I was able to connect to wifi. When we arrived late due to the ferries, the host was waiting for us and happily showed us around. Not only did she go above and beyond by connecting us with an ATV rental company, but she also checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed!
I really enjoyed everything about this place. The only thing that would be a con is the distance from the port, but honestly, the public buses were great and it was a way to see the island.
