Good location, nice spacious place. Good size bedrooms.

The sofa was a bed - no back cushions. So not very comfortable, just a mattress in the living room. Apartment wasn’t ready, so didn’t get in until 6pm. Check in was a little awkward as you have to go to a different location to check in. So made it a long process. The apartment had no cleaning equipment whatsoever. No cloths, or anything to wipe surfaces. Towels were pretty tired and threadbare.

Shower can be improved

We arrived and the pool was not open. I mentioned this to the women who greeted us as we came to swim. She mentioned she would be in contact with the owner and let us know. We did not get to swim or use any facilities. The woman never contacted the owner and we did not see her for the remainder of the stay. The owner contacted me directly after I contacted bookings. He stated he would compensate me for the portion due to the pool not being open and us unable to use the facilities as they had workers on site. The owner did not provide any compensation, did not contact me after that phone call and Bookings has stated I will not receive compensation. Additionally, we had issues with the stove we used as it did not work; the burner needed to be left on for 30 minutes before it even received some heat. I would not suggest staying here. If the pool is not open, or something doesn't work the answer I seemed to have received is too bad for you.

Very nice place, good localisation, everything was in very nice standard. The pool was great experience for our evenings :). We had air conditioning in every room. We recommend this place to everyone, couple, single or family with kids.
