Besides the fire alarm going off for over an hour keeping us awake after driving 15 hours, the TV signal terrible that we eventually just switched it off and the food ridiculously over priced, the accommodation was nice. Unfortunately, the experience on a whole was not pleasant.

The hotel was easy to find and very clean. However, the side of the pools had a strange smell, as a result we couldn't enjoy the pool.
Room 3025 that was allocated to us had a small bed. It was not a normal double bed. Their dinner and breakfast buffet was average, If we had known we would have ordered our food from the menu or other well known restaurants.

Shower not working. Complained for 3 days before it was fixed. Tv channels not available as per list in room.

Some guests were making a bit noise. The food was a bit cold .the milkshake was tasteless .the chocolate flavor I had was not nice

Room: Very good - the wood bed however had a squeak sound. meaning when one turn around during the night the bed will wake you.
