This house was the immersion into the southwest that we were looking for on our family vacation. The decor was beautiful, the ammenities were many! And the house was super clean! It was perfect in every way! Loved our stay there!!

Very cute and clean place with a very well stocked kitchen and health and beauty items. I brought my own humidifier and was about to go purchase distilled water for it but I noticed that the hall closet had distilled water in it amongst many other items

This is a great place for a family. Close to activities and parks and a nice neighborhood for walking. All the necessary amenities and many many extras. We really enjoyed our stay!

This property was perfect for my family and I. The location is perfect...close to Old Town, Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, and the University of New Mexico. It is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood...the Old Albuquerque Country Club.
The house is beautifully appointed with lots of lovely signifiers of New Mexico. More importantly it is soooo comfortable! The beds are comfortable. The couch and chairs are all comfortable. Televisions in every room. These hosts go out of their way to make sure your every need is met. My niece cut herself and everything we needed to address her cut was there.
A truly beautiful, comfortable, and convenient property with lovely and caring hosts. Perfection.

The house was beyond perfect. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was also the most well stocked house we have ever rented. The location was great as well. Easy access to Old Town which we enjoyed every day.

This was the first time we’d ever stayed at a Vrbo, and the property worked out perfectly for our family of 6. It looks exactly like the photos. It’s actually much larger than I had expected inside, with a very generous living room and large master bedroom. We loved all the fun southwestern decor, and colorful accents. Beds are very comfortable. Hosts are friendly and responsive and provided many extras (seasonings, condiments, toiletry items, games, puzzles, etc.) so that you will have everything you might need. We had no issues with the neighborhood and found the location to be very convenient. The backyard is darling, and I wish we would’ve had more time to enjoy a fire in the fire pit, or maybe a few cocktails. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was a great property, well-apportioned and Nicolle was wonderful with communication. We enjoyed the house so much; we stayed home more than playing tourist. If we stay in Albuquerque again, it will definitely be here.

This is the second time I've rented this property. The house is beautifully decorated in Santa Fe style--the online photos are very accurate. The house is clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for a functioning kitchen and having spices and some standard cooking supplies available is a great benefit. There are ample pillows and blankets and comfortable beds. This host is very responsive and has provided everything needed to make your stay pleasant and hassle free. I would definitely stay again.

Really a lovely place to stay for a visit to Albuquerque. Great location only 1 mile from Old Town and located in a nice part of town. The layout worked well for our family of 5. Everything in the house was well cared for and the attention to detail was amongst the best of any rental we have stayed in. Highly recommended.

The decor is so tastefully done and reflective of the New Mexico cultures. The artwork is stunning. After enjoying the sites in Albuquerque, returning to this home each evening was a highlight of our trip.

Nicolle and Robert go way beyond what is necessary to make their guests comfortable. The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with not only the essentials but also with many things I never knew I needed. The backyard is as comfortable and as nicely decorated as the house. Between the booking and our arrival, we had a family emergency, so we didn't have as much time to enjoy the property or Albuquerque as much as we would have liked, but our "home away from home" was a much-needed oasis in the midst of family chaos. The property is in a lovely neighborhood that is quite safe. There is a large park with a well-equipped playground about four blocks away and an off-leash dog park across the street from that. The property is also within walking distance of the zoo and the Rio Grande River. Old Town is a short drive away, as are many excellent restaurants and a small but well-stocked grocery store. Don't hesitate to book this property.

We absolutely loved our stay here celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary! The Casa de Encantador will hold a special place in our hearts making memories celebrating in this stunning place. The decor and all the special touches make you feel like you are at home. We didn’t want to leave this beautiful home. One of the best places from Vrbo that we have ever stayed in. Nicolle went above and beyond to make you feel like you are a part of the family. Thank you Nicolle and Robert this truly was a luxury rental. And we are so glad we chose this rental and highly recommend it!!

It was too hot during our stay to use the back yard but it is darling and would add a whole additional element in good weather - the neighborhood is quiet with a nice park nearby for little ones ☺️

We had a very comfortable stay at Nicollle’s place! The property is beautifully decorated with southwestern flair. It is within walking distance of Old Town, the golf/country club and the river trail. Everything you could possibly have needed was in the house.
The host was pleasant, communicative, organized and provided a number of thought touches. She clearly went out of her way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay and all of the information we needed.

I'm so glad I found your home on VRBO. It was perfectly sited to enjoy all that Albuquerque has to offer. We explored as much as we could, knowing we were returning to a quiet, comfortable and safe space.
The kitchen is the most well appointed kitchen I have ever experienced in a rental home. Your fresh press is no longer brand new.

This by far has been the most positive experience. The home is beautifully decorated. Every detail has been thought of - from a welcome basket of goodies, to recommendations of places to eat and visit. Nicolle was always available for questions and extremely responsive. A++++. This is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood! We were greeted with a bottle of champagne in the fridge and some chips and salsa! all the necessities home and Robert and Nicolle went out of the way to make us feel welcome!!

Just like being at home, the house is stocked with everything you will need during your stay. If you travel with your fur baby, you will find three parks within walking distance of the house. The first being Oxnard Park then Forest Park and Rio Grande Park.
We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Very convenient to everything.

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood of Albuquerque! We loved being close to Old Town, the zoo, and the aquarium (the Albuquerque biosphere). Especially nice were all of the extra touches: a kitchen fully stocked with pots and pans, glassware, towels, etc plus a “pay-ahead” pantry; baby toys and bath toys!; a welcome basket with wine and snacks, lux bath towels, a sparkling clean laundry with iron and ironing board…. And the list goes on. Very responsive owners… just a great, great VRBO. Thank you, Nicolle!

We never wanted to leave this property! However, we had a very busy schedule while we were in Albuquerque, so we had to be out most of the day through the long weekend. That said, our multi-generational group of 5 could not wait to come home to this charming retreat, where we could put up our feet, relax and enjoy the surroundings. We all slept very well in the comfy beds, and we found everything we needed and more in the kitchen, bathrooms and living spaces! This is a wonderful home and I would return there tomorrow if I could! The host is incredibly gracious and communicative.

All in all, this was the best VRBO experience we have had. 5 stars. The best.
The property was immaculate. Everything is classy, organized, and clean. We arrived to music, warmth, and a cute welcoming basket full of treats. They even think about the details for furry companions. There was a closet full of dog toys and treats--our golden retriever would camp in front of the closet each day to try to pick out a new toy. Location was great. It is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the Bosque and Old Town. Loved the back yard as well--plenty of room to stretch and enjoy the outdoors.
Best of all are the hosts. Nicolle was so friendly and welcoming and responded to every question and request. We loved staying at this location and strongly recommend it to anyone!

We were able to walk wherever we wanted to go and the house was clean and well stocked. Our host, Nicolle, was available to answer any and all questions about the community as well as the house. Highly recommended.

My family and I came into town for a quick reunion and birthday get-together. This house had everything we needed to help make our stay easy and painless. From the extra goodies (like coffee and wine) to the extra hygiene products available, there was nothing extra we needed, aside from a few groceries. Everything from the furniture to the towels was amazingly comfortable. I would recommend this house and would stay in again, if available.

This was the perfect home away from home for our Thanksgiving Albuquerque adventure! Nicolle and Robert (property managers) ensured that we had everything (and more) that we would need, including wonderful snacks, beverages and other surprising amenities. The home is clean, beautifully decorated, inviting and comfy! The location is perfect for trips to Old Town (2 minutes), nearby museums and other attractions. Our chihuahua gave it 5 stars and told me to make sure I mentioned the wonderful doggie door that allowed her to come and go as she pleased. If you are looking for perfection in a place to stay, look no further!!!
