Tenuta Branca is a gorgeous property in a fantastic location in the heart of the Chianti region. The rooms exude rustic charm and the common spaces are immaculately taken care of. The pool deck is nicer than the pictures can convey. Every view is worthy of a postcard. Most importantly, though, the hosts, Anna and Salvatore, are some of the warmest, most inviting people we’ve met while traveling. In addition to making every step of the process very easy, Anna and Salvatore were delightful to chat with and get to know over a few glasses of wine from around the region. We enjoyed spending time with them (and the property’s resident cat) and were very sad to have to leave. In short, a gem of a place run by wonderful people.

Beautiful location and surroundings and endless views. Loved the place is informal and casual, was not overly “done” or trying to be too fancy. The beautiful, yet simple environment was perfect. Relaxed vibe. The pool was well cared for, but there was a bit of green goo growing in the overflow drains surround the pool. But it wasn’t off putting. Maybe fresh and clean drain covers would be nicer. But the view and the grounds surrounding the pool and the farmhouse was wonderful. Was very happy to see that there were screens on the windows to keep the mosquitoes out! Nice touch!

The decor of the unit we were in was a bit dated. It could use a fresh coat of white paint and some updates of simple modern furnishings. But this is only my personal taste and opinion. It doesn’t not effect how beautiful the place is and the wonderful experience we had. It would only have enhanced my experience. Also, A/C- the summer heatwaves in Europe are creating a need for A/C. The door on our shower was broken, but that is a minor repair, and no. If deal. Maybe a trip to okra for fresh simple dish ware, glassware etc? But the kitchen was well appointed. Be light some ice trays and left them in the freezer- we made nice aperol spritz.

Very peaceful surroundings and outstanding views from the apartment and grounds. Great location for visiting the Tuscan region including Florence and Sienna. Perfectly equipped apartment with comfortable beds.
