Hostess provided everything we could possibly have needed! Beautiful property with such fun decorations and little surprises that delight! Would love to stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful stay between Christmas and New Years. There were 7 of us (four teenagers, husband and I, and grandma). There was plenty of space and it did not feel cramped. During the mornings and evenings, we enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop (with some work, we were able to stream some football playoff games on the TV). Watching all the New Year's fireworks from nearby towns on the rooftop was a highlight of the trip. Grandma loved hanging out by the pool, while the rest of us went on a few beach adventures (Cabo Rojo was awesome, but be prepared to walk a mile if you don't have a 4 x 4 rental vehicle). Thanks to Jennifer's recommendations, we had so many wonderful meals at nearby restaurants. If you are looking for a place to get away and relax, look no further. The condo was one of the best stocked rentals we have stayed in. The decor was super fun and we had more than enough room for all 7 of us. Jennifer was very attentive throughout our stay and quick to respond to any questions or concerns (we had a few minor issues come up and Jennifer did everything she could to resolve as quickly as possible). This was by far one of our better VRBO rentals and I would highly recommend. If you are looking to get away from the crowds and touristy locations, this is a great option. Everyone from our teens to 80 year old grandma all loved staying here!

My family and I spent three nights here. We found the unit the most well-stocked out of any vacation rental we've done (cooking supplies, beverages, beach gear, etc...), and it was very spacious and well decorated. Great place to relax, and Jennifer was an amazing host and great with communications. We also enjoyed the restaurants in Rincon.

Location was excellent and the host was world class. definitely worth a return visit.

This property was Amazing. and definitely more beautiful than I expected. it was exactly as the listing said. Jennifer was one of the best. host I have ever dealt with and ii do this quite frequently for work trips. she was very timely in her communication very helpful, provided all information needed in a timely manner and also very knowledgeable of the surrounding area the true definition of a Premier host .. Thank you, Jennifer, for your kindness hospitality I will definitely be returning, if you're looking at this Villa and it's available just go ahead as book it you won't be disappointed.

Over all the condo was very nice. We had a problem with the showers because of the instant hot water heater and the water was either very hot or very cold no in between. The ceiling fan did not work in the bedroom with the twin beds and the ceiling fan in the bedroom with the king bed only worked on slow. Other than that the condo was really nice and our family had a great time. Jennifer the owner was outstanding and helpful in anyway she could be when we called her or texted her.

A well conditioned and appointed condo in an immaculately maintained setting. A beautiful beach to walk on, or swim at. Minutes away from Rincon Center. Many fun, local eateries nearby. We swam, snorkeled on the reef, chartered, a fishing boat, explored a couple other towns, went to the Saturday art festival. And whenever we got worn out or overheated, we fell back to the condo. Where are the air conditioning quickly re-energized us. Our host, Jennifer, always had good advice for things to do.

No need to look any more this is the best place to stay. Jennifer is the most awesome host ever.

This property was amazing with tons of surprise amenities. The decor was incredible with pieces of art adorning every room. The quality of the furniture was top notch. Close to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay and I would recommend this property without hesitation! It’s even better than the photos and description. Just a short walk from the house is a beautiful beach where you can play in the water, watch the waves crash and see gorgeous sunsets. My favorite part had to be having coffee in the morning on the roof deck and listening to birds. Besides being a beautiful house and an outstanding location (short drive to tons of restaurants, snorkeling, surfing, various beaches), Jennifer is the best host. She was so responsive and helpful with suggestions - and as others mentioned, so very thoughtful about the amenities. We didn’t want to leave!! If you’re thinking about visiting Rincon, book this property - you won’t be disappointed!

We had a lovely time in Rincón and staying at Jennifer's. The decor is maximalist: lots of stuff and lots of color. This made the stay feel special and festive. The location was great for access to the shoreline that abuts the condo community. Getting out in the car to go other places was a little more effort than I would have liked due to the nature of geography. Jennifer was very communicative and friendly. However, it would have been helpful to have an information document at the apartment to reduce the need for so much back and forth communication. Thanks for the wonderful restaurant recommendations, and we loved Steps Beach for snorkeling. One of my favorite snorkeling experiences of all time!

Jennifer was the best with communicating with us. Checked in almost daily to make sure all was well. Beautiful area.

Beautiful, well-appointed condo in a safe gated community, a private peaceful setting. Condo is very well stocked for almost any occasion; eg. beach balls/chairs/towels, coolers, tennis racquets, snorkeling equipment, grill, etc. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well. Only negative was a few power outages but they were short-lived. Tap water is good. Top floor deck was cool, included hot tub, tv area, and typical deck furniture. Outdoor tennis court & basketball court available on grounds as is a small exercise room and outdoor pool. Private beach is a few hundred yards from condo. During our stay, the ocean at this locale was ideal for surfing but swimming was limited to being very near to shore given rip current warnings. Long road (about a mile) from condo to security was good for walking and running. Golf cart available for travel around the grounds . Grocery store (Econo) is about 10-15 minutes from condo. Rincon had plenty of nice restaurants and we got in without reservations. Jennifer, the owner, was very easy to work with, communicated well and promptly addressed any issues.

Great stay!!

We recently visited Rincon and this particular rental was perfect. Beach is fantastic, home was extremely accommodating and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing. It’s close to restaurants, almost a private ocean beach and the home has everything you need. The owner is a terrific host and provided great local recommendations. We will be back. I highly recommend this rental.

We had such a wonderful vacation! The location was great and the home was decorated beautifully, with so much attention to detail. The 3rd floor hot tub and seating areas were one of our favorite spots in the evening! Thank you Jen for sharing this amazing home with our family! You truly thought of everything!!

We traveled to Rincon and Jennifer’s home had everything we needed while on vacation. The home was convenient to great restaurants and beaches. The private beach at the villa was nice… pretty much had it to ourselves everyday. Additionally, the home had lots of interesting art pieces to look at and the third floor patio was a cool place to hang out.

Our entire stay at our villa in Rincon was lovely! Jenn is an amazing hostess and the trip was splendid! Perfect get away in a quiet and scenic part of Rincon. The house was perfect for a family!

What a beautiful property and neighborhood! We were so pleased with the villa and all that Jennifer supplied for us to use like: new snorkel equipment, games, golf cart, etc. We had a short walk to the beautiful, private beach. We were minutes away from great surfing too! Would def love to stay again. Thanks Jennifer!!
