Very organised and very fine to detail.

The location is ok if you’re with adults with kids it’s a bit up in the town. If you have luggage’s it’s a bit of a pain and expensive to take up and down

Casa Mia is a beautiful place, with an incredible view and everything you could possibly want. It is extremely well maintained and clean. We were a group of 3 and felt very safe and well taken care of. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I would say the only downside is the distance from town. However the views of Positano from your private hot tub are absolutely worth it. Plus Carlo is so well known that all taxis know exactly where to take you just by saying the name.

Location was amazing, very comfortable, also for families. We had a jacuzzi in the garden, gelatina view.

Pool was closed at noon 2 hours and our teenager kids needed an adult with them at all times.

The views, kitchen, privacy, super clean swimming pool with amazing views, nearby amazing restaurant (Da Constantino), close-by grocery store and butcher. Availability of buses to bring you back up the steep hills.

Far from center and beach. Buses are very crammed and uncomfortable to ride in- we only took the bus on the way up to the apartment and walked down the steps to the beach and city. Just something to keep in mind that it requires lots of climbing but that is how you get amazing views and tranquility from the touristy center. Also the swimming pool closes early at 6pm due to no staffing after that- still it was very nice to have a pool.

10/10 host, accommodation and facilities. The best apartment topped off our stay in Postiano with Carlo going over and beyond for us! The best host we had throughout our travels along the Amalfi coast. Although a little out of town, easy bus and taxi routes into town 💯

This was my favorite vacation location I’ve ever been to. Took an hour taxi from naples airport that was very scenic, and it brought us right to the property. Carlo met us right when we arrived to explain how to get around the city. He was very friendly and pleasant. Amazing view of Positano with a good restaurant next door. The room was clean and adorable, very convenient that there is a washer. The pool was a nice perk. The property has its own private yard which is nice to enjoy a drink. I definitely would stay here again :)

Positano and this apartment is amazing. In Positano there is not so many apartments with such a big pool with beautiful view for the whole city and sea. So we enjoyed every minute of it. Its one of the most beautiful cities in Italy. And thanks to this apartment our stay was extraordinary. Thank You for everything. The apartment was packed with everything you need. There were also outside grill and outside shower. Great ideas!!! Also the owner provided us with parking spot exactly in the place of our stay. And for lower price then in the city. And other thing is that next to this apartment is beautiful restaurtant with memorable views and affordable prices.

We travelled to Italy and stayed in 5 Booking.com homes and Carlo's Casa La Tartaruga was the MOST delightful of them all! Carlo the host, himself, met us for check-in and sat down for a good 30 minutes and gave us very detailed information about how to get around Positano, highlights, great restaurants, etc... He's such a sweetheart and gracious host. The location, although a bit high and out of town was nicely away from the chaos and the views are stunning! The casa itself is incredibly clean and has all of the amenities you can think of even a great little Espresso machine with wonderful snacks. The beds were super soft and comfy. The restaurant across the street had the best food we had during our trip up/down Italy (with the best views in town!) It was a wonderful retreat and I highly recommend Casa La Taratuga or any of Carlos other properties in Positano for your stay. I also recommend doing Positano at eh end of your Italy vacation...and save the best for last!

The steps. As I mentioned Casa La Taratuga is pretty high up and walking down the steps aren't so bad, but if you aren't a fit person, walking up the steps is tough. There is a really good bus system, but you still have a bit of a distance to get up from the more frequent bus-drop-off. And there is a bus that takes you directly to the gates of the casa, but it only stops once per hour....so there's that. We ended up walking down (about a 25 minute walk down to the base), but taking cabs back to the property which was a great option (but a pit on the pricey side.) Still....it's the price you pay for such a stunning view and we "worked off" all of the calories we ate by walking down. :-).
