La ubicación es buenísima para moverse por la isla. Bien equipado. Plaza de parking propia. Terraza y zona de jardín y piscina excelentes.

The apartment itself was nice though a bit dark

- Communication with the owner wasn't always the best. First, it took us several messages and phone calls to get the check-in information. Then, he sent over staff to fix things without any warning in advance. Twice, we happened to be at home, a third time they complained that they tried several times but we were never there (we were exploring the island of course). - The apartment could have been cleaner. The trash was still full from previous guests, the bedroom drawers contained dust and hairs. Loads of plates, pots and cutlery were sticky, and the terrace was full of ash. It had obviously not been cleaned in several days. - Be prepared to share your home with cockroaches. We spotted 2 adults and 2 babies and only managed to get out one. There is also an ant problem, so you need to store away everything they could reach before you leave or go to bed. - The area is not child-friendly. We were travelling with 2 toddlers and our neighbours complained about their noise several times. Considering we were out most of the day, they could only mean the occasional crying or fighting over a toy which didn't happen more often than in other households. - In the 4 weeks that we stayed in that apartment we were not able to use the pool once. Please ask beforehand if you wish to use it! Even though we had paid for it, the owner refused us a partial refund. All in all, we did enjoy our time on La Palma but not within our apartment. We didn't feel welcome and stayed out as much as possible. We travel a lot and this is one of the very few places, we would not stay again.

Excellent location 5 minutes from shops, restaurants and beach in a peaceful residential area. Apartment very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We loved sitting out on the large terrace looking out over the beautiful garden.

Shower facilities could do with updating. Currently shower over bath. Walk in shower would be easier and safer to use.
