Wonderful time

This was one of the best rentals we have ever experienced. The home is beautifully designed, very comfortable and fully equipped. Highlights were the bikes, the pool table, the fireplace, Sonos, and dimmer switches on all lights!

The house is really well set up and provisioned. The location is great for access to town. The street is quiet!

Kim’s home was the perfect house! The house is stunning and has everything you need. The neighborhood and location was ideal for both skiing and walking into town. It was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be booking again. We can’t say enough good things about this place!

This is a special house in a great/quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. The home is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and the indoor and outdoor space allows for fun gatherings for family. We have been coming to Sun Valley for many years and this is our hands-down favorite!

It pains me a bit to shine more light onto this amazing property, knowing that it might convince one or two other renters to jump into the mix and steal some valuable dates from us as we try our best to rent this home time and time again as my family visits Sun Valley in the future...but truth be told, this was a perfect home for us. Exquisitely furnished. Exceptionally clean... and cannot beat the location. The owners are incredibly responsive as is the property manager to any of our needs. We could not recommend a property any more than this one...a gem!

We had high expectations for the Palmer's home and it delivered! This home is exquisitely decorated with high-end furnishings that are at the same time cozy and inviting. It has designer touches in every room - from the heated floor in the master bath to luxurious sheets on a gorgeous, modern 4-poster bed in the master bedroom to a sumptuous faux fur rug in front of the gas fireplace in the living room. My husband and I stayed here, even though it was more space than we needed, since we were seeking a true luxury rental. The views alone from the living room and dining room make you feel like you are in the middle of a mountain forest. And while we've stayed in many neighborhoods in Ketchum, this is by far the best. Quiet and charming and just a short 5-10 minute walk to town. We cooked dinner in the well-appointed kitchen every night and enjoyed many a charcuterie board with a glass of wine in front of the roaring fireplace. If you're looking for a luxury rental home in Ketchum, this is the place. We will be back!

Easy access to the mountain and town. Perfect for our family and adult children with spaces for reading and quiet as well as family activities. Kitchen worked great for collaborative cooking. We can't wait to go back!

We had a fantastic stay! The home is both beautifully decorated and wonderfully set up for family enjoyment. The hot tub and dining table / pool table were big hits. Communication with Kim was positive and timely. We loved it so much we decided to extend our stay another night!

We loved everything about this house. We rarely used our car as we could walk into town easily. The bikes were great. The kitchen is really well stocked and the property itself is beautiful and quiet. We definitely plan to return

It was wonderful. So clean and new with every utensil you would want in the kitchen. Beautiful views and extra comfy furniture. Nice quiet neighborhood with easy Uber ride into town in the winter. We'd love to stay there again.

This property is nothing short of first class. Well built, modern architecture, high ceilings, plenty of natural light, and well furnished. Property has an open floor plan with large windows and amazing views of the surrounding mountains. All the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Definitely recommend this property for a first class experience.

Perfect home for 4-8 people.Well located. Great master and bathroom. Open kitchen and living area with dining table that converts easily to pool table. Very nicely furnished and equipped. Enclosed garage. Highly recommend.
