Jay was extremely responsive and informative to help with any questions we had. The house was great and suited our needs perfectly (7 in our party ranging 4 to 71). The outdoor area was terrific with the patio, pool/hot tub all being inside the lanai. Being able to access that area and have the view through sliding doors from basically any point in the house (2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room) was pretty nice. We also rented the boat with the house and enjoyed that thoroughly.

Everything was excellent ! Relaxing week in a great location. Highly suggest the boat rental as we used it daily to go for lunch/ early dinner etc.

House was great clean and very comfortable. Well stocked with everything you need for a stay. House is conveniently located for boating with restaurants, fishing, and visits to the islands close by. The checkout process for the boat was one of the best i have experienced. As a boater the capt, Florian, did an exceptional job familiarizing me with the area and safety protocols. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting the area.

We started off with a small hiccup (no fault of Jays) but he was quick to handle and went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was perfect, which we are truly grateful for. This has been our 7th year to this property and once again - did not disappoint. We have already booked for next year! The entire home has had an amazing refresh inside and out! House is amazing. Home has all the amenities and then some for a rental property. The option to rent the boat is bonus. Owner is so easy to deal with! An annual getaway that has become our “Happy Place”!

By far one of the top properties that we've stayed in. We've stay in VRBO properties for many years in many different locations, but this one was awesome. We were a little hesitant because of recent hurricane and just some of the negative feedback from the area. The house, owner/property manager, boat rental,etc were all wonderful. Totally worth the stay!

Very spacious as there was 3 couples, very clean and peaceful being at the end of the road. Would recommend this house for all travelers, also the hot tub was wonderful.

This truly is an amazing place to stay! We had a 9 day stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The house was perfect for our needs and air conditioning throughout was very welcome in Florida in August. We rented the boat which really was the icing on the cake. The location of the house to get out on to the water could not be better. We would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a boating holiday in Cape Coral. We would love to stay again, Thank you Jay!

The home is amazing and feels just like home. The beds are all very comfortable. We did not use the room with the twin beds. The pool and hot tub were great! The canal was cool. It has great views in the morning from the pool area. Lots of books available to read. I recommend, From Good to Great. The neighbors are quiet. Jay communicated quickly to answer questions. I had a fantastic vacation! I miss Jay's home and Florida already.

My family of 6 had an amazing vacation from A to Z!!! Can’t say enough about how great everything was. We utilized the boat almost everyday and we brought our waverunner as well. Had access to the most beautiful beaches from Ft Myers to Sanibel Island to North Captiva. Very easy to navigate the waters! House was more than big enough for us all! Had everything you need for vacation! Pool was great because the kids never got enough water all day in ocean and as soon as we got back, in the pool they went! Hot tub was a great spot for us older people to recover for the next day. Lol. As an added bonus, we had the pleasure of meeting Jay and his two teenagers in person as he was in town for most of the week and had his beautiful new boat parked at dock. Jay went out of his way to spend extra time with us to give us local tips on places to go on land and water and make sure all our needs were met on our vacation!! Can’t thank him enough for all he did. Truly great guy!! Would totally recommend this house for vacation and if you love the water, beaches dolphins, wildlife and scenery, renting his boat is a must!!!!

The house is great, right on the canal. The boat is wonderful. You can't find much better!

This is our second time booking this beautiful and comfortable property. We love the home and the location cannot be beat!! The beds and furniture are all comfortable, the home has been lovingly taken care of is well stocked with just about everything you could possibly need. We have also taken advantage of renting the owner’s boat both times. We were there in August 2021 and immediately came home and discussed a return date with our adult kids and their significant others. The boat was upgraded since we were last there!! And it was a great boat before!! We are already looking at dates for a return trip in early fall. This home is more than comfortable for a couple or a family!! Jay is incredible with communication and everything is so easy!! Don’t hesitate to book this home for your next vacation!!

5th time at this rental and our favorite yearly get away. Owner so easy to deal with and home provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. We use the boat as well and this makes for an extra perk to our vacation. We will be back again next year!

This is a wonderful property! It was very clean and had a great layout. The pool was perfect on the hot days and the hot tub was perfect on the cooler nights. Being able to rent the boat right at the property made day trips by boat a regular part of our vacation. The boat captain that came and did an orientation was very thorough. Overall I can't say enough about this property- we had an awesome time and the house met all our expectations. Jay was great about getting back to me quickly with any questions I had. Thanks Jay!

This is a perfect property for families with a well maintained pool and split home layout. The grandchildren spent hours swimming! This home is lovely, spacious and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare dinner. The icing on the cake was a fantastic boat! The property has exceptional access to the waterways. I personally enjoyed the serene sunsets from the beautiful dock with a great view of passing boats. Also, the owner was very accommodating, rapidly responding to inquiries. This is a beautiful property!! Has very easy quick access to the Gulf via boat. Owner has a great boat available to rent for an additional fee. The house is very well furnished, and decorated. The owner definitely takes pride in every aspect of this home. We will not hesitate to book this home again and again!! You will not be disappointed with this rental!!

The house is exactly as described. It has everything you could possibly need. The owner was great with answering questions. He gave some great dinner suggestions. Grocery store is super close. The lanai is great and still able to sit out there in the rain without getting wet. (We were there when Elsa came thru.). Pool and hot tub were very nice.

When we look for a place in Cape Coral we’re always trying to be as close as we can to the river. This location was perfect for that. Quick out of the canal system and right to the water. Plus having a boat that was running from the owner of the house so it was there and ready to go when we arrived was perfect. Definitely a place will look to stay at again. The house was well stocked with nice cooking equipment. Use the grill almost every single day and everything works great in the house. The pool in the pictures is different than what it actually is, and it’s better than what the pictures show. The pools been reconfigured with a new spa Integral to the pool. Overall I could not give this house high enough marks. It was perfect for us
