La habitación estaba sucia, pedimos que nos cambiaran a otra y también estaba sucia. Piso con basura de los huéspedes previos, no cambiaron las sabanas. Pesimo, no lo recomiendo

En fait, je n'ai rien aimé à part le personnel. Chambres très bruyantes bruit permanent de l'ascenseur ou des machines à laver le linge. Eau chaude présente un jour sur deux. Prises de courant insuffisante et mal placée (aucune près de ce qui pourrait servir de bureau)- Ascenseur en panne du mardi au samedi midi. J'étais au 6ème (138 marches)

Located on main road which can be noisy if staying in a room facing the street. Cockroaches & insects in the room but the staff changed the room immediately.

Beautiful interiors but not quite finished (Eg. small hole in door stuffed with toilet paper).

One of the Primar issues is the lack of hot water and ice cold showers. Additionally, there’s a general lack of cleanliness with there have an ant and bug problem at the lower floor and the overall room not being clean.

Location is ok for casa port and the bus station.

Guys, book a private room in one of the hostels over this place for the same money. Look at the google reviews! So bad. First smelled really bad, took nearly an hour to get checked in, including being led into a room with a naked guy smoking a cigarette... room not clean with filthy mat in the middle. Floor and walls ripped up. Air con broke. Toilet smelled bad. Room had so many flies. Woodlice on the toilet roll. Staff friendly but not of much use, to be honest. Breakfast had out of date orange juice.. seems to be a theme looking back. And just cakes and so unhealthy. Avoid. 30 euro a night is cheap, but you can get better.

Ants everywhere, but that seems normal to this country.

+ Quite good location + Friendly and helpful staff, many of them speaks English too + Great breakfast, big variety (although the orange juice had some problems once or twice -» diarrhoea) + Completed extra requests (asking for plus items, printing tickets, etc.) + Big plus for the cleaning crew who are very friendly too and cleaned every day, even when we did not put the card on the door handle

- Many bugs, ants - Non-removable shower head and water leakage at the shower entrance - Noisy elevator with shakings during start/stop - In the first e-mail it said they have their own free parking which is not true, you can park on the street or in the nearby closed parking (both paid of course)

Recently renovated. Very good breakfast. Good location walkable to everything

Rooms are renovated but some issues like towel rail loose, AC heating kept cutting out, very old fridge.

Hotel is near main street, the windows wasnt sealed enough so you can hear all night the cars and people. Bad experience,we couldn't sleep all night

Hotel is close to central places and Casa Port train station. They help to solve some problems in my room and change my room for the second night. Especially Habib at the reception is helpful.

My Fırat room was awful. TV, Air condition, mini bar, some electric plugs are not working. Second day they changed my room so l extend my vacation 1 more night.
