Very pretty area. Lovely view. Very quiet. It felt very safe. Spacious inside the apartment and also a nice space outside the apartment to sit and relax. Large umbrella available if desired to shade from the sun. Hosts most helpful and nice people, I definitely recommend staying here. Great wi-fi connection.

We had wonderful stay in Katarina's apparemment. Katarina is super attentive host, giving us advice and making us feeling just like home. The appartement is really really clean, spacious for three of us, having everything needed for our stay. We appreciate very much the location, very convenient going to the old town and at the same time so peaceful being away from the buzzing districts. It's really great place to stay for our visit to Dubrovnik next time.

This is a perfect place to stay in Dubrovnic. Only a few minutes walk from the beautiful Sunset beach and the long promenade lined with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also 1 short bus ride to the old city and the Gruz port where we enjoyed our afternoon walk. The accommodation is beautiful, very clean and located in a quiet neighbourhood with fantastic view from our balcony. They also have a pretty garden. We truly enjoyed our alfresco breakfast and dinner while watching the sunrise and sunset and the various ships that docked the port. It is very close to shops (there’s a meat boutique nearby and a small grocery store, which sells freshly baked pastries and bread every morning). There’s also a big supermarket in the main road but we only discovered it on our last day. We have everything we need from the apartment (complete with basic kitchen utensils). There’s even a washing machine, so I was very happy as it’s my first time to bring home clean clothes from holiday. Our host Frano and his wife were fantastic and friendly. They made us feel really welcome. Frano even communicated to me before arrival, giving us tips on local transport and transfer from the airport. Overall, it was a great experience for us. We felt safe and rested. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

The mirrors are designed for tall people (and we are very short). It would be better if there’s extra pillows available.

Frano was the perfect host from welcome to farewell. Nothing was too much trouble and any matters that came to light were acted on immediately. Great local knowledge of the region and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Location was perfect for exploring the area.

Nothing to dislike

Frano welcomed us and also suggested how to reach the conference centre, and where to eat in the surroundings. He also kindly held our luggage on our departure, and has been always available to help us. He also speaks Italian fluently! Really good value for money.

This was the perfect apartment for our stay, and Frano is a great host. The apartment was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and had all the facilities we needed. Frano had great tips on the local area, on buses and on trips we could take - we used a lot of his advice! The location is great too, Lapad has a decent supermarket and some good bars and restaurants, and it's much less hectic than the Old Town. There are some nice beaches nearby, and it's close to the port for getting the ferry to the islands for a day trip.

This area is quite a long walk to the Old Town. There is a reliable bus service that runs every 10 mins though.

Frano was a very nice host. During our stay, our baby was sick and Frano helps us to book the Doctor appoinment. The apartment strategically situated within walking distance to the various restaurants. We enjoy our stay in Dubrovnik, Croatian people are so helpful!

Very clean in detail, spacious. Modern, minimalistic. Great location, you can see yachts and seat. It has a beautiful garden in front of. the owner was very communicative and disponible.

We stayed for 10 days with small kids. The owner and his family are super friendly and always kind to us. Equipment in the room is perfectly prepared and the interior is very state of art and clean. The location is also perfect, and you can take a bus in the near stop and buy anything if you want. (I recommend Tommy but PEMO is also nice) We could relax so hope to come back here again.

Beautiful property with very nice garden. Very spacious apartments. Probably the best equipped apartments I have stayed in. Frano, the property owner was very helpful.

The apartment is very nice and renovated with a large terrace. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very nice and gave some good advice for excursions. Very nice ambience. Pretty close to everything and walking distance.

Great place for a family holiday, has nice location near the port of Dubrovnik. The owners of the apartments were very nice and polite. The rooms were great , very clean and arranged, had AC too. Also the view with cruise ships from the apartments was really pretty. Overall a very good place, highly recommend!

The only note is that it would be great if there were some glasses for wine and not only cups :)

Apartment was newly renovated and so clean. The host was extremely friendly helpful with any problems and questions we had. He also included complimentary drinks upon our arrival. It was a really enjoyable experience.

Frano and his family were amazing hosts. We had a pleasant, relaxing and worry-free stay. There was ample parking for our car, it was easy to come and go at any time, and the unit was spacious and comfortable. All the facilities were as advertised, and the water pressure and temperature were great. Frano even put a couple of complimentary bottles of juice and water in our fridge, so we had something to drink when we arrived the first night (it was late!). We would greatly recommend Apartments Katarina to anyone looking to discover Dubrovnik, but wanting to avoid the crowded touristic city center as a home base. Lapad has its own little beaches and many restaurants and amenities nearby; and is a stone's throw from the center, so you can visit everywhere and rest in comfort and peace!

The apartment is located close to.. everything - the beach/ shops/ restaurants/ city center/ port - it was fantastic! Rooms are distributed perfectly, and the private parking is a huge value in Dobrovnik. The host is friendly and helpful.

The apartment is in good location, near to bus station, supermarket and restaurants. Thanks to host’s nice guide, we enjoyed Dubrovnik a lot! Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. The apartment is clean and comfortable . The kitchen and bathroom have all the necessary equipment. The location also is very good . I recommend it for sure!!!

This villa is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are fresh, spacious and equipped with everything you may need. The location is superb ! The hosts are wonderful ! They replied all of my chats as soon as possible. They also gave me so many little tips that made our stay even more special. I would really recommend the place to anyone. You won't regret it!

Perfect place!

I stayed 8 days in Croatia and by far this was the best accommodation I stayed in. Everything of impeccable cleanliness, the owner is an extraordinarily nice, empathetic gentleman. We were explained how to get to the best attractions, how to take the bus (small tips). I warmly recommend to anyone who wants to go to Dubrovnik. Close to beaches, restaurants, supermarket and old town.
