Wir, eine kleine Familie von 4 Personen, waren für eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Das Haus ist gut und ruhig gelegen mit direktem Zugang zum Kanal, was toll ist, denn mit etwas Glück kann man dort Delfine sehen :-)Das Haus ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber dennoch Charm. Innen war es ordentlich und sauber. Der Aussenbereich, also die Terrasse und der Pool waren leider nicht so sauber. Dies war sicherlich dem Umstand geschuldet, dass 2 komplette Screens fehlten. Diese wurden zwar am nächsten Tag unseres Aufenthalts repariert. Nach kurzem Kontakt mit der Vermietungsagentur kam der Besitzer selbst und hat den Pool sauber gemacht. Leider waren aufgrund des kaputten Screens viele Moskitos und Käfer auf der Terasse. Alles in allem fanden wir das Haus schön, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, die Eigentümerin war sehr nett und wenn man hier und da ein klein wenig mehr Aufwand reinstecken würde, würde das Haus noch mehr strahlen.

Beautiful home with very nice homeowner. The kitchen was very well stocked and the pool was nice, but was very cold in the evenings. The owner remedied this, by leaving the heater on for more hours. The master bathroom and bedroom has some issues and we discussed with the owners and property managers. Marco Island as a whole was amazing, and the sunsets are beautiful at the beach. The WiFi was not good at all. Overall the home was spacious and was very comfortable.

Overall a good experience. However, some things need attention: Pool temperature was supposed to be 85 degrees, but it barely got above 75 degrees, wood trim needs to be repainted, chipped tile needs to be replaced.

This was our first experience with "Marco Island Vacation Properties" and we found it to be an excellent service, professional and friendly as all the Marco Island’s residents. The house is beautiful very spacious and comfortable, homely atmosphere with a gorgeous canal view; Linda, the owner of the house is super charming and ready to solve anything that our hearts desired.
Definitely a Beautiful home that helps treasured those memories, the lasting gift of time well spent.

We used to live in Naples and came back for a 10 days visit. We still have family in the area so we wanted a house that could accommodate all 10 for dinners. This property is great. Quiet! The pool is perfect. The view is lovely. The owner was great. The property is clean and well stocked with anything you may need for a trip to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at 1411 Galleon Avenue. The Lanai and pool area was the most popular place at the house!! Unfortunately the No-see-ums were also popular there as well lol. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions/issues with the air conditioning. The house was clean but could use a good deep clean. Would consider staying here again in the future.

If you are traveling with kids this is the place you want to be. It just mere minutes to walk to the park. Basketball, soccer, ping pong, pool tables, huge play set and even a splash pad for the little ones. As for the house it’s a bit tired. The sheets in the master had no elastic left so they kept coming off. Sheets for the hide a bed had rips in them. Two faucets need finessing to get the water completely off. And where are the tv remotes? We could only find the cable remote so you can’t access Netflix, Disney+, or YouTube. The house was very spacious with great sunshine in the afternoons which is really the most important thing while visiting Florida. We would rent this house again.

The property was lovely and clean but the decor was a little dated for our liking. Situated in a quiet location with great views of the canal. Pictures need updating as they don’t show 2 properties that are right next to the property with one over looking the pool. Mackle park is within walking distance and worth checking out. We stayed in the property throughout hurricane Ian but we a little surprised that the management team didn’t come and check on any damage before we left. We cleaned up as much as we could.

March 2021 Stay
We absolutely loved our experience and our stay in this home. While the decor is a bit dated, the layout of the home, the cleanliness, location everything was fantastic and we would stay again! We were treated to two mornings where a dolphin was swimming and diving in front of the pier. Missing it already. The hospitality app made everything easy and convenient as well.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property and are looking to vacation here again. View was amazing watching dolphins & enjoying the warm sunny days by the pool. First time using this rental company & was very easy check in/out and liked reminder emails etc. Highly recommend & currently looking to secure our next vacation rental with them.

Visit the grandparents
We have a large family and wanted to visit my parents who live on Marco Island. This house worked out great for our family. A couple of issues came up and the management company was very friendly and responsive. One thing to note is the 3rd bathroom is actually out in the pool area which wasn’t expected but it was ok for our family. I would consider renting this place again in the future.

Great place
This house was exactly as described. Very clean with wide open spaces. We had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. Absolutely loved the clean pool and patio. Would rent from again.

Great home for an extended stay on Marco
Well equipped and well located with beautiful window views and a pool large enough for swimming laps. We could watch the sun rise and set from the lanai. Its a short walk to Markle Park and its many activities for all ages. Owner is very attentive and provides a well equipped home.

This place was super clean and we enjoyed our stay very much. The kids spent all their time in the pool, which was great for us parents. Only complaint is that the kitchen needs more utensils, and the knives are non-usable, extremely dull.

We truly lucked out finding 1411 Galleon - super spacious , clean , very comfortable beds , close to the beach, and the pool and pool area was amazing! Washer , dryer helped so much . Thanks (to the owners ) for a perfect vacation for the 6 of us

Beautiful one week vacation
Our home was lovely and well equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, condiments, etc. The pool was heated and delightful. The home was close to Markle Park which had shuffleboard, bocce , and basketball courts. I recommend renting bikes from Island bikes.

This was our second year renting this property and the condition of the property has gotten allot worse. The carpeting in the dining room was soiled and in both spare bedrooms. The washing machine was leaking water and needed service along with the carpet needed cleaning. Both items were rectified by Marco vacation properties. The inside needs painting.

Beautiful well appointed home with high has an open concept with all rooms looking onto the pool the pool area faces south there is sunshine most of the day.About a 15 min walk to the beach access point or just drive and park if you are in a rush to catch the sunset over the ocean.We will return again.
