Property was clean and beautifully decorated inside. The outside stairs to top floor, however is not conducive to older people and pets.

Stayed with another couple and had a great time. The place was nice and clean with breakfast as a nice touch. The place was at a good location and close to things we wanted to do. Would stay again and do recommend a stay here if visiting Little Rock.

Easy check in. Beautiful, old home with a lot of character. Great outdoor space. Highly recommend for a quiet, cozy relaxing stay.

Enjoyed the cottage and stay. Liked the decor and cleanliness. It is important to note that you are staying in an urban setting. Also the cottages are connected.

Most comfortable sheets and bed I’ve ever slept in! Very clean and centrally located. Lighting in the bathrooms is very dim and made it really hard to do makeup. And the breakfast card is a bit misleading. But overall it was great and would recommend

The cottage was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the private patio as well! Definitely recommend this place, and would stay again. The only unexpected thing was the surrounding neighborhood wasn’t the greatest. Not knowing the area before arriving, it caught us by surprise. However, the stay was still enjoyable!

Very quaint place. Enjoyed it very much. My only problem was the stairs but in the description it clearly stated you needed to be able to maneuver the stairs so it wasn't a surprise. If we get to go again I will definitely get one of the ground floor cottages. But it was so calm and just lovely!

Beautiful accommodations with comfortable bedding. A climb up some steep stairs takes you to a private roof patio and beautiful suite with a small kitchen. Dog friendly was a huge plus

The cottage was exactly as described and the owners were both delightful and very accommodating! The garden was very peaceful and wonderful to sit outside. All of Main Street that was a two block walk was filled with great restaurants and fun shopping. I will come back to stay again, without a doubt!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the cottage. It was roomy enough to have brunch and yoga at the cottage. The garden outdoors was our first choice for a private yoga session but temps were freezing so we held it inside. Over all, we enjoyed our stay.

This was a lovely cottage that had everything we needed and the beds were incredibly comfortable for a good night’s sleep! The breakfast was delicious and a nice bonus!

We loved staying at the treetop cottage and we highly recommend it. Just keep in mind that this is a shared property so there’s other people but it still feels private. We were a bit confused at first but we found the name of our cottage on the gate and found our way in. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope to be back sometime soon.

Treetops was well defined of this older split up property. Clean and a good stay. Layout was such that the main bedroom was also the living room and for those staying in the second bedroom, you had to go through the main bedroom to get to the kitchen. Clean well managed, very responsive property manager and an overall nice stay.

Really enjoyed our stay and so quaint! Loved the deck and perfect for sitting outside and visiting.

This location was great and has a complimentary breakfast provided. We got that and an an add on. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and having breakfast supplies waiting for you takes a lot of stress off, it's nice to have a fresh breakfast instead of take out. I will definitely rebook with this location f I'm ever in littlerock again

We enjoyed our stay at the treetop cottage from the beginning to the end. The decorations were elegant and comfortable. We loved the breakfast and the location of the property is wonderful! The first day we took a walking expedition of the sites nearby. I would definitely stay here again when in Little Rock!

The apartment was exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable and the whole place was cozy. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Nice area. Safe area. A little traffic noise during the day, but not after hours. Free breakfasts was excellent and appreciated. Will stay again when we come for another visit.

Fireplace in the bedroom, vintage linens and the quaintness of the Quapaw Quarter allowed us to time travel to the Little Rock I grew up in. When I come back in the summer, I look forward to drinks in the garden and sunning on the balcony. Utterly charming.

The rooms were great. Eclectic decor made it very homey and relaxing. The only negative is we did not receive the breakfast offered with our stay after it was confirmed. But we did smell the baking from below and it smelled divine. Our one night was nice and would recommend. *One note - the many steps could prove challenging to elderly or otherwise.

This is easy access & centrally located. The kids loved playing the courtyard during down time. We brought a football to play catch. Checkin process was also super easy.
