Accès difficile à l’immeuble car le code d’entrée ne fonctionnait pas toujours. Fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain dès notre arrivée. 2 chaises de cassées sur 5 alors qu’on était 5 ( signalé au personnel qui devait nous donner 2 nouvelles chaises que l’on attend toujours ) L’équipement cuisine strict minimum ( plaque de cuisson électrique 2 feux plaque pour camping) Voisinage assez bruyant le soir.

Labai mandagus ir paslaugus, rūpestingas personalas. Vieta patogi. Labai jauki kavinukė pirmam aukšte. Butas tvarkingas, įrengtas vidutiniškai, bet trumpai viešnagei geras pasirinkimas.

Lovų čiūžiniai!!! Tragiškos būklės dvi lovos iš 4 buvusių bute. Skubiai keisti reikia juos, viename spyruoklės tiesiog išlindę, kitoje lovoje duobė. Pirmą kartą susidūriau su tokiais nudėvėtais čiūžiniais. Mažai baldų/lentynų-nėra kur pasidėti daiktų.

Die Betten waren gemütlich und die Lage hatte eine gute Anbindung. Das Café unten ist sehr schön und das Personal nett.

Eigentlich besteht das Apartment nur aus Betten. Es fehlt an sehr vielen Basic-Teilen wie zB eine Garderobe, Nachttischleuchten, Regale oÄ für Kleidung, ein größerer Tisch damit auch so viele Leute Platz haben wie Betten verfügbar sind.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, die Metrostation ist gleich um die Ecke, in die Innenstadt kann man laufen. Die Wohnung ist für eine einfache Übernachtung ok, viel Comfort sollte man allerdings nicht erwarten.

Es ist keine Tür im Wohnzimmer, das ist meiner Meinung nicht so günstig, wenn dort auch jemand schläft.

Die Wohnung an sich ist nicht schlecht.

Die Lage ist eine reinste Katastrophe. Große Gruppen von drogensüchtigen und kriminellen direkt vor der Tür. Ich würde niemals meine Frau oder Kinder alleine in dieser Gegend lassen. Die Betten sind komplett durchgelegen. Vor keinem Fenster sind Gardinen/Rollos , was bedeutet, dass man wenn es hell wird, keine Möglichkeit hat, die Wohnung abzudunkeln. An der Eingangstür ist der Öffnungskopf abgefallen und somit musste ich als Gast 1 std vor der Türe warten, bis mir zufällig jemand geöffnet hat. Es riecht unangenehm im Hausflur. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal ist leider nicht vorhanden. Persönlich, per Telefon oder per email. Es ist Abends sehr laut aufgrund der Straße und der Menschenmengen.

Location in city centre, few free parking places, lot of room in apartment. Everything in kitchen what may be needed during short stay. Also coffee maker but there was no info what type of coffee machine is there so we couldn't prepare to make coffee because we didn't know what type of coffee is required

Communication was horrible. No info where to go once arrived. Keys were collect in coffee shop just behind the corner but there was no info on email or even on front doors to go to this coffee shop and ask. Also no answer via phone. 5 beds but only 4 chairs in dining room. Quite noisy (road and other flats). No lock in bathroom. Hanging rail was there but no hangers so was useless obviously

It's the worst stay experience I've had since using Booking, with a lack of beds, terrible hygiene, and unreasonable hotel customer service. So much so that on the night I stayed at the property, I rebooked another hotel for a subsequent date, which is a scam from start to finish, don't book this accommodation!!!

Just the place to choose to have a place to stay when passing through Dortmund with friends, because there's plenty of beds. The apartment is located in the Arab side of the city, so there's lots of nice restaurants, bakery's and shops where you get bang for your buck!

Either the neighbours had a large gathering or the apartment's insulation is non existent, it was like they're in our apartment, no Wi-Fi (we never get response of the owner for access code), parking space is on the street, so you need to look for an empty space that may be remote from the front door, but is free.

Not much really. The only good thing was the smooth check-in.

dirty place, sticky floor, stained furniture. fridge full with someones smelly stuff (we couldn’t use it for our food). ruined floor in the kitchen, almost no appliences for cooking, and I wouldn’t cook there anyway. Location is scary, noisy loud neighbors.

The photos absolutely did not meet the reality. The accommodation was substandard. And I will never recommend the place where it is located to anyone. Never! EVER!

very basic apartment, and we had no curtains! the rest was ok. surrounding area wasn't too pleasant. couple of homeless people and a dead rat nearby

Location was good, everything was clean, there was a free parking available. Kitchen well equipped, clean sheat.

We would have liked to have a broom, to clean mud we brought in. As well as extra space for coats.

The hosts were very nice and responded very quick. If you are looking for a budget stay this appartment will meet your expectations. The appartment has all the necessary things in order to sleep, cook and take a shower. Perfect for just sleeping and using it as base when visiting dortmund.

I would not recommend this apartment to old people or people with small children. The appartment is next to a busy road and the neighbourhood is a bit sketchy. If you are looking for a short and quick stay i would reccomend it. If you are the type of person to complain a lot you should look elsewhere.
