This property is in a great location on the island, nice quiet cul-de-sac and easy walk or drive by golf cart to the beach. Communicating with the owner/property manager was extremely easy; always had quick responses from her. We were however, very disappointed in the cleanliness of the home and the lack of kitchen cookware.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Quick golf cart ride to the beach, which was provided. The house was decorated nicely and there were fans and extra linens in each room. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing lacking--and the reason I wouldn't rent for an extended stay e.g. a week, is a view of the marsh from the outdoor seating areas. Beyond that, however, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a few days of R&R on Fripp.

This house was nice and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It’s close to the marina and comes with a golf cart with is great! The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. We would stay here again!

Loved the location, electric cart, and screened in porch were highlights. It's quiet and I saw very newly born twin fawns and a mama deer each day. When we were ready for the beach just a quick ride over the bridge. We will be back!

We had a great time! The home had everything we needed. Great updates and overall just very nice accommodations. The location is perfect and just a short golf cart ride away from the beach. The owners were nice and helpful.

We loved the peaceful area where this property was located. The house was neat and clean with added bonuses like floor fans! It's spacious and there is also great space outside on a porch, deck, and carport area. My personal favorite is the screened porch! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We have stayed at Fripp in the past and always enjoyed it. This house was set up perfectly for our family. Everything we needed was there to make for a stress free, easy vacation. The beach is super close, and the golf cart was awesome! The house was in a quiet cul de sac which was nice. The home has been remodeled in the cutest way and was so comfortable and nice. This was the perfect place to stay, and the owners were very attentive when we needed assistance at check in. If your dates are available, book now! You won’t regret it!

Our stay at this beautiful home was amazing! The house was super clean and the owners provided everything we could think we needed. Not to mention owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would recommend this home and owners to anyone!

I would definitely reserve this lovely cottage again. It is very clean and so cute! Put together well, attractive. The smart TV was a nice addition. Comfortable living areas - porch is wonderful! Kitchen was well stocked. Unfortunately, Florence had other things in mind and I had to cut my vacation very short. I will try again here next year!!!

This house is adorable, very clean, and appears to have been updated since the pictures were taken. It is decorated beautifully and comfortably and had all the amenities we needed or wanted. We were able to relax with Netflix each night after playing at the pool or beach.

My family and I loved the Fripp Island Cottage. The cottage was freshly painted and remodeled. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and has a nice Weber propane grill. We look forward to staying in the cottage again soon.

My wife and I rented this home for 6 nights with our three young children. The location of this home is perfect for a Fripp family vacation. The beach access at the end of Bonito Dr is a VERY short golf cart ride away. The Cabana Club, where the kiddie pool is, was a five minute golf cart ride away - and there is a playground halfway there that our kids loved! It's also a short drive to the food court where we regularly ate ice cream. The Bonito Boathouse restaurant is even closer and has great food. This house is secluded on a corner lot at the end of an unpaved street that few people drive down. The shower outside has warm water! This was one of the best features after a long day at the beach. The bedroom with the bunk beds is on the first floor, and the other two bedrooms are upstairs. It worked out for us because our kids are great with stairs. The house was well decorated and very clean. We made good use of the golf cart! It's the best way to get around the island. We also took advantage of the screened in porch, grill, and outdoor picnic table. And the island in the kitchen was the perfect place to serve our kids breakfast each morning. They were able to watch shows on Netflix and Amazon on the smart TV in the living room. The management company was easy to get a hold of as well. To sum it up, we were pleased and would stay here again!

Me and 3 of my girlfriends stayed in this rental home last summer, and let me just say it was amazing! When we first got there we could not figure out how to unlock the door so we called their personal cell phone at 6pm on a sunday night. They answered right away and helped us into our house. The house was exactly as described and just as beautiful in person. There were no surprises when we arrived which was very nice. The only problems we had were the floors were a little sandy which is hard to avoid when staying on the beach and the golf cart drove very slow - but worked just fine! I would recommend this house to anyone wishing to have a good time with friends or family. The owner was very nice and very easy to work with! Thank you for the fabulous trip!
