It's a very convenient location with many good restaurants around. Staff is kind and helpful

Nothing in particular, the only thing was that elevator on 30F was not always operating - had to call front desk for assistance, though nothing critical

Location is right in the center of Makati with the major malls accessible by walking. Plenty of restaurants to choose from right outside the hotel and surrounding area so there's an option for everyone.

Elevator and the corridors are dated. There was no aircon in the elevator but a fan was installed, it was a bit loud. Rooms were fine, no mini fridge though and the trim had minimal paint marks on a section of wall by the bed.

The stovetop was old , there is no turner,laddle to cook the food. option kitchen is incomplete Unfortunately there were 4 small cockroaches near garbage underneath sink And bed Inform housekeeping apologized offered exterminator but I will be moving the next day I preferred not to because busy packing and I had previous appointment outside building

the elevator really annoyed me the whole stay. it's not working on my floor and so I always need to ask the lobby to send someone to my floor.

The room is clean and beautiful. It has a nice view of the city. It's convenient because it's just a walk away from Trafulgar plaza building.

Check in was smooth

The room smelt of chlorine and could not stand the smell. The staff changed our room however it ruined the experience.

The room was so big and spacious. It was clean also and has lots of restaurants nearby. What I like best is they have kitchen wares inside the room.

The rooms are very dirty and bad smell, And full of insects, especially cockroaches. The furniture is worn out and old and the kitchen utensils. The cleaning is bad, the towels are dirty and they don't have a washing machine or let you do your laundry for free. Despite all these bad conditions, they do not accept pets, and there is a man working at the reception who looks at you as if you are going to sabotage and that you are a person who must provide a lot of guarantees such as prepayment, additional insurance and other matters of financial exploitation. Indeed, loyalty is non-existent with customers.

Television is not functioning. Check in time is supposedly at 3 in the afternoon but the staff are still cleaning the room.

Very friendly staff at reception and housekeeping. Location close to some amazing coffee shops and bars. Definitely staying again.

I like space of our 3Bedroom. Old and outdated but very spacious that is why I keep coming back to the place. Plenty of room to move around without bumping into each other. Very convenient coz it is near to everything.Staff were friendly and accomodating too but I think some of the people from the reception are pretty new.

Pool has too much chlorine that it changed the colour of our dark cosies. WIFI was so slow and sometimes none. Lobby is hot during the day, AC might be broken? You may want to do pest control coz we’ve seen some roaches crawling around. Do not worry, we are not scared of them so it was no biggie, other guests might think differently.
