The condo was very spacious and as pictured. The views were very nice. Leilani was so nice and easy to communicate with. If you are looking for a golf trip, the location is ideal.

The property was really nice and clean. I loved the fact that it was a gated property which made us feel very secure. You are close to grocery and many restaurants. The use of the golf cars was definitely a plus. The apartment was very spacious with multiple balconies. Loved the view! Beds were very comfortable!. Thanks for a great stay!

This condo is amazing. Clean, spacious and so comfortable. Several decks for relaxing. Everything you would need to make your beach stay great is provided. Beach Chairs, towels, toys etc. Host was amazing to work with and she provided so much info regarding great restaurants, things to do etc. I highly recommend this place. I rent a lot of places, and this one was of the nicest places we have stayed. Golf carts are awesome for getting to and from the hotel which we realized we had stayed at before when it was Grand Melia....lol!!!!

This is the 3rd time my golf group has stayed in this penthouse and it is the best vacation residence in Grand Reserve. The listing is accurate and communication with the owner/manager is always easy and pleasurable. There are carts in the garage to allow access to all the property and the Hyatt has to offer. As a golf group, the main selling point to us was the access to the Grand Reserve Golf course. We pay the cart fee and play at the home of the Puerto Rico Open. We plan to return in 2024 !!!

Our family of 7 totally enjoyed our stay at this property. It was exactly as pictured and perhaps even better! It was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need and the living areas are very spacious with lovely views of the golf course and ocean. We used the study as an extra bedroom (there were two cots and bedding) so we were able to accommodate everyone in our group. The condo is about 1/2 mile from the Hyatt which is a lovely hotel with a nice pool, fitness center, beach and several restaurants. We ate there one night but did most of our dinners outside the resort. We found some great restaurants in Luquillo and some just on the main drag near our place. There are several large grocery stores nearby and we stocked up for breakfast and lunch at the condo. The El Yunque rainforest is a short drive and fun for hiking with great views of the island. We did the bioluminescent kayak tour in Fajardo which was also fun (30 minute drive). We also took a snorkel/beach trip from Fajardo. The plan was to go to Culebra but the seas were rough so we went to a nearby island with a beautiful beach. Several members of our group played golf and the 27 hole course on the resort and enjoyed this very much! Finally, I can’t say enough good things about Leilani the condo owner. She was so helpful and was always available by text or phone. The check in process was so easy (she sent us a very thorough description of what to do and then recommendations of places to eat, activities etc) and we had 2 golf carts at our disposal as well as bikes and gear for the beach (chairs, wagon, floaties). We had an issue with a passport and she was so helpful and then mailed it back after UPS failed to deliver it in time. I can’t say enough good things about her. We will definitely be back :)

We visited for 5 nights over Thanksgiving and had a fantastic vacation. Having two golf carts to travel back and forth to the Hyatt Grand Reserve was a highlight (especially for the kids). The 5th floor penthouse apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We loved the large covered back deck and ate breakfast out there in the mornings (which we picked up at 18 Degrees juice bar in Palmer). The hosts were exceptionally responsive if we had any questions. We felt that staying at the VRBO was significantly more cost effective than reserving four rooms at the resort. The only slight mishap we experienced was there were several air fresheners plugged in when we arrived which my wife was sensitive too (but that was quickly remedied by taking them outside). Overall, this is a great place for a larger group who wants to have access to the Grand Hyatt and all it’s offerings. For a golfer, even better because your greens fees are included! We’ll be back!

We had four couples. This was perfect for the group. Our view of the golf course and El Yunque was beautiful. We sat on the patio most of the time, except when it poured one night, and it was really comfortable. The location is convenient to Fajardo, El Yunque, Loquillo, and any shopping you would want. Kitchen was well supplied. We had everything we needed!

This property far exceeded our expectations. The villa, grounds, golf course, and resort access were amazing! everyone was friendly and helpful. The villa was well stocked with anything you could need in the kitchen and for the beach. The golf carts were useful and a great amenity. A few of us golfed which was $85 for cart fees per person (since the owner is a member). We brought our own clubs and did not have to rent. It was very easy to set up tee times. The course was beautiful! The access to the Hyatt pool and beach were perfect. The pool is great. We spent many days using the resort amenities. We were able to enter the resort easily with the wristbands provided when we checked into the villa. There were 5 adults on this trip and we all had a great time! The owner was very communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend this property. We can't wait to visit again.

The views from this property are amazing. Ocean views from both balconies, and El Yunque National Rain Forest to the Southeast. And if you enjoy the look of a well manicured PGA golf course, it's right there in front of you. The spacious unit is well furnished and our host was very responsive to any needs or questions. Access to the facilities at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve was limited during our stay due to a political convention being hosted, so you may want to verify availability before booking your stay. That being said, our host felt badly about the conflict and graciously offered a generous compensation for the situation. Our overall experience at this property was very pleasant.

Absolutely did not go wrong booking this beautiful Las Casas property. Including having access to the amenities at the neighboring Hyatt Resort at Coco Beach with more breathtaking views. Yhi Spa was worth every penny spent. A very great job! All 3 couples were beyond satisfied. We will definitely be returning every year

By far our best place to stay in 20 years of traveling to Puerto Rico!!

Great spacious condo with amazing golf course and use of the Hyatt resort and all that comes with it. Much more of a family setting than a place like San Juan. Most things (excursions) are 10-30 min away. The golf carts make for an easy way of getting around. Very secure and safe environment. Host will go above and beyond to accommodate. Worth a try for sure

This stunning penthouse was located in a prime location in the East Coast of Puerto Rico. The amenities (ex. resort pool, golf carts) we’re AMAZING. The view from the balcony and bedrooms were just breathtakingly beautiful! The pictures don’t do this place any justice. I would LOVE to stay here again in the near future.

This condo is located in a perfect location in Puerto Rico. It is close to the airport, close to all the well-known beaches, excursions, El Yunque forest, but has it's own beautiful private beach right in your backyard. The condo is well appointed in every sense of the word. From the appliances, to the fully stocked kitchen, to the bedrooms, and the treasures found in the garage. The golf carts are a major plus and make it easy to get to the beach and the resort and just generally fun to ride Beautiful views - you just have to see them to believe it. Breathtaking. The resort itself is safe, secure, and beautiful as well and the host was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. I'm sure there are so many places we could choose to stay in beautiful Puerto Rico but we would choose this place again in a heartbeat.

As a family, we have been vacationing in PR for 25 years. My parents live here so I have been bringing my children to see their grandparents every year since birth. We have stayed in villas, hotels, condos, rentals and cruise ships during the span of 25 years but by far this well stocked, perfectly located and comfortable Penthouse Villa has been one of our faves. Not only was communication with the property contact outstanding, the villa was easy to get to but also comfortable, well stocked and full of amenities for every age group. There were 7 of us ranging in ages 22-84 and there was something for everyone. It was truly a memorable 5 days, we can not wait to return.

We loved our stay at the golf villa! Everything was perfect for our family of 6! Having a golf membership included was so nice and we enjoyed the pool at the Hyatt resort too. The villa was beautiful and the large patio was so nice to enjoy. We hope to return some day! Thanks for a great stay!

The penthouse itself was immaculate. The views of the golf course were amazing and Leilani was super helpful in helping us check in. We enjoyed the close proximity to El Yunque, the short walk to the beach, and also got to play a round of golf at an amazing course. Note that the property does not come with full use the Hyatt resort amenities, as advertised on the listing. When we used the golf carts to get to the resort pool / have lunch at the restaurant, the security at the resort did not let us in. According to the security guards, they said that this VRBO advertises use of the resort amenities, which is inaccurate. The manager at the resort told us that the owner of this VRBO had stopped paying the resort amenity fees and therefore, guests at the VRBO were no longer allowed onto the resort premises. Also, one of our golf carts broke down because the battery did not hold a charge well when we used it to go to the beach. For transportation, we would highly recommend renting a car, as ubers were not as reliable for getting around the island. Whenever we tried to call an uber, it would take more than 30 minutes to pick us up, even if we were only going a 10 minute drive away. The other option would be to schedule a taxi service ahead of time. If you do this, most taxis will only take cash. While it was a fun trip, it was very unfortunate that we were not able to use the pool, eat at the restaurants at the resort, or enjoy any of the other amenities that were advertised on the listing and also described in the welcome packet.

This was a beautiful condo. Bigger and more beautiful than the pictures show. Sunrise on one porch and sunset on the other. Both overlooking the water. Fantastic resort and we all felt like we never wanted to leave. Will be coming back next year!

This villa was beautiful, from when you arrive on the private resort grounds to when you open the door on the top floor you will be impressed! The owner was extremely nice and easy to work with, the villa was 10/10 clean and amazing features and views. The balcony is perfect to relax on, overlooking the course and each room has a different amazing view of the property. Golf carts granted to you make for fun easy transportation to get to the amazing pool and activities on the resort. Even the food at each place was good. The course itself was beautiful, my friends golf more then me but just enjoying the views and grounds was amazing. If your going to Puerto Rico this is where you want to stay! The staff and local people that work there are extremely helpful and caring. This was an amazing trip and we will be booking the same Villa in the future. Nothing but amazing things to say.

This amazing property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. The condo had everything we needed and the views from the balconies are spectacular. Easy access to the pool, beach, bars and restaurants (at Hyatt) and within a short driving distance from El Yunque. Leilani was very responsive from the time we booked and throughout our stay. Looking forward to returning for a longer vacation.

The property is spectacular! The views, location and the use of Hyatt facilities were amazing. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. The golf course is superb and the golf carts are a great addition to get to the beach and Hyatt facilities. Leilani was very responsive during our stay. Overall, great property and space. I did not give a 5 star rating on cleanliness because during our stay there was an odor coming from master bathroom toilet. It was apparently an issue with building that they are resolving. Leilani offered to send the maintenance person to try to tamp the odor. Also, while the property was overall clean, some of the kitchen appliances and cabinets could use a bit of a deep clean. Other than that, this property is in a great location.

We loved the property and had an amazing trip. Just wish it was longer!

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of 7, and looks exactly like the pictures. Already trying to figure out a time to go back! The owner was super sweet and sent great recommendations on places to visit and eat.

We loved our stay. The views and deck are perfection. We were a party of 8 and the accommodations felt roomy. There were thoughtful touches like dry bags, Ninja blender, Tupperware, two golf carts, beach chairs, etc. Anything we could think of and more. Communication was prompt and easy. Would certainly book again!
