The best location between the medieval city and the city of Carcassonne. The apartment was large, clean and well equipped. The host, Manon, is very helpful and attended to our every need. Thank you for making our stay in Carcassonne so memorable!

Very nice location. Great space and much room to enjoy! Manon was very nice and welcoming. Perfect for a trip to Carcassonne.

Could be more equipment available for home cooking. Also the bring your own linnen is something to take note of.

The host Manon was awaiting us, had found a good parking spot for us, and had a lot of info about the town and area.

The Bokeh apartment had a strong musty scent throughout, possibly due to mildew. It was so overwhelming to two of our five family members that we decided not to remain there and to find other accommodations. We did so, and moved to a nearby hotel within the citadel walls. We informed the host, but she said it was the first time someone had ever left her apartment due to that issue without giving her the opportunity to put us in a different apartment, and so she refused to issue a refund for the booked 2-night stay. She attributed the pervasive smell of must or mildew to "the recent humidity". If we had somehow been able to provide a doctor's note to her while on vacation in France (which of course is not feasible), she said she would have refunded one of the 2 nights, but otherwise, would refund nothing. So we paid for 2 nights for an apartment that smelled strongly musty that we felt obliged to leave. It is possible that her other apartments are lovely, but we highly recommend not staying in the Bokeh Apartment based on the host's unwillingness to refund in light of that circumstance. Additionally, be aware that the apartment's living room window is directly on the sidewalk of a busy street, and if you keep the curtains open, passers-by seemed to tend to look right into the apartment as they walk by.

The location, the host Manon, everything was wonderful!! Super comfy beds, a very nice kitchen with everything you could need and the best host! Manon took time upon our arrival to show us all the details of the area, so nice! Will definitely stay here again if we return to carcassonne!!

Easy walk to La Cite and central Carcassonne. Had all key amenities required for a short break. Nice restaurants nearby. Landlady very helpful, facilitated an early check in.

Very friendly and helpful check-in. The host spent a good 10 or 15 minutes with us explaining all the things we could do in the area and where we could find food etc.

The kitchen was good but was missing a few helpful bits that would have made it easier to clean up - e.g. a cloth to wipe the surfaces and a dish rack to drain after washing up.

Closeness to Cite East Gate, provided you are mobile and relatively fit, as uphill, we are 70+ and it took 5 minutes. also close to the town across the medieval pedestrian bridge, 10 minutes, station 20/25 minutes with no luggage. Taxi to Airport under 20 euro and 10/15 minutes.

Only French TV, maybe a subscription to a multinational service?
