Difficulty opening the main door due to the dual locking system - hard to manage at times.

The cleanliness of the property left a lot to be desired - the carpets were very marked and need a good clean or take them up and use the tiles underneath - this would be easier to keep clean. The lounge has a lot of marks on it - this could also do with a good clean and / replaced - especially under the current Covid - 19 - which makes everyone more aware. The area behind the garbage bins needs to be cleaned - it was covered in excess marks obviously from people throwing in tea or coffee bags and hitting the back wall - I did spray it with disinfectant. The entire unit could do with a much needed update and replacement of the toilet seat which moves every time you use the toilet and at some stage it is going to break.

The view

The dirty carpets, broken video player and microwave, stained doona cover, broken chair and no wifi.

The location is amazing right across the road was ocean baths and a couple of minutes to main street.

Overall unit was clean except the carpets. They were all heavily marked/stained.

Fantastic views and lovely balcony. Close to all cafes, town and the beach pool. Comfortable unit to live in and plenty of room in the kitchen and lounge room. Bedrooms comfortable.

The walls need cleaning. No plug in the sink and the rails for towels in the bathroom were over the bath. We are both mid seventies and can't even get into a bath so unfortunately couldn't reach the rack. Car park is shocking to get the car into. Mid size SUV and hard to swing into the single garage. I think the whole unit needs modernising and painted.
